It all started with the fact that yesterday (03/05/2022) my wife and I decided to buy one original plant for ourselves, namely, a Cycas (Latin Cycas revoluta). Since we live in a world where almost everything can be found online, we decided to ask Google where we can find the plant we are interested in closer and cheaper. And imagine our joy when we found out that this plant is sold at a very reasonable price (45 rubles.) very close to our house, and even available. We quickly packed up and ran to the store. We come and here he is - a Cicada, exactly like in the picture from the site, even in the same pot as there (and yes, we knew that the pot, if anything, is sold separately), but for some reason without a price tag. But it doesn't matter, we double-checked everything on the site, the price should be 45p. You need to take it. However, before buying, I decided to check the price with one of the saleswomen. And imagine my surprise when it turned out that all the plants of this species presented in the store cost MORE than 140 rubles.! To our question, how so, the answer was given that the price on the site is given for plants no larger than 12 cm, but they are not available. Silently wishing this store "well-being and prosperity", we left it, and going outside, once again opened their website. Naturally, there was not a word or half a word about a 12-centimeter plant anywhere (the only 12 cm that were there concerned the diameter of the pot, and the plant itself was declared as 35-centimeter), and the photo proudly showed exactly those plants that we had just seen in the store. Naturally, we will not go to this store anymore. P.S. Today, on the store's website, the status of this product has already been changed to "On order".

Preliminary phone calls are not answered or returned. Well, we still bought flowers from them, although the choice is meager, not like on Instagram. I'm going to leave the parking lot of the store - the barrier is closed and the sign "to leave, contact the organization you came to." I go to the sellers and their response is at the level of the Council of Ministers: "it's not our problem, we don't know anything, do whatever you want." I have not seen such a boorish attitude for a long time!
