The Cafe de Paris restaurant on Karl Marx Street in Minsk is a real piece of France in the heart of the city! The atmosphere is refined, with an elegant interior and a cozy terrace. A chic French restaurant in the "quiet" center of Minsk.
The quiet, peaceful atmosphere encourages unhurried conversations and dates.
An extensive menu with food - you can choose any dish, make no mistake. Everything is very tasty - the freshest products, the emphasis on natural flavors.
The chef is Italian, so the risotto and spaghetti are impeccable.

Furniture, dishes and tools are harmoniously combined with each other. The music is playing moderately loudly. The prices are acceptable, the menu is decent.

It is very atmospheric, there are two halls - smoking and non-smoking, steaks and meat are especially worthy of attention and appreciation. Excellent and attentive service. It's a very cool menu. I liked the live music, the compositions were well chosen, the guys sing great, they know what they're good at and they don't prove anything to anyone as a Voice on the show.
The pasta is very tasty, the portions are larger.

A restaurant in the center of Minsk. We came in because we were attracted by the beautifully decorated terrace with tables and a number of very expensive cars parked next to the establishment. I thought that the local serious guys would not come here in vain. And so it turned out! The place is very popular! Wonderful cuisine, expensive classic interior, wine list, service-everything is at the highest level! The visitors are mostly out-of-towners who play at the casino, but there are also enough locals with their companions. The audience is solid and wealthy. The chef is a pro, everything is excellent! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

We waited for the ice to go with the wine for more than 20 minutes. The service is like in the worst diner! The waiter completely forgot about the fourth course! Three are eating, the fourth is watching! The hot dish was brought cold, and it was claimed that the dish from the "Hot" section was served cold! I don't recommend this cafe. - the dishes are controversial: the beef in the dish was terribly tough, it didn't chew at all. The lasagna is overexposed and superheated, as if it was cooked 3 days ago and warmed up. The dough is overcooked, heavily sprinkled with truffle, which makes you feel the excessive taste of gasoline. It's like they're pouring it in order to increase the cost of frozen lasagna from the supermarket.

Once we agreed with a friend from Moscow to meet there in the afternoon, she came earlier, but they wouldn't let me in until I asked for her table, even though the place was empty. By the way, I don't understand why, but the hookah is better here than in any other specialized smoking place.

The only living staff turned out to be hookah people, with whom I was able to talk and they lifted the mood for the whole day, and the rest, I'm sorry, are robots. Perhaps they are tired or a number of other reasons, which they keep silent and do not tell their superiors about their dissatisfaction with internal regulations.
I'm the kind of person who won't order anything from the menu if I didn't like the interior, and that's what happened here. The cold of the establishment repels and attracts here only due to the prestige on the Internet, and this is not my criterion for choosing a place💔
I want to give more life to this institution in the form of love, but I am ready to return for Napoleon😉

As I understand it, this is a bohemian place in Minsk. They come in unique cars, wonderful couples and just beautiful girls with a company of girlfriends ...))) The kitchen is wonderful, the waiting time is within the norm. The staff are lovely girls, with red lips, apparently the style of the staff is like that. There are Burgundy snails and stuff like that. My wife and I were happy with the evening we spent there. I recommend.

We were left with terrible impressions of the restaurant. They brought a receipt with extra items that were not in a single quantity (x4). Look carefully at the receipts!
The administrator attributed the situation to the inexperience of the waiters (with 1-2 years of experience). Please be vigilant when choosing staff!!!! You recommend yourself as a high-quality institution, but in fact the service is at the bottom level. We have no complaints about the kitchen, everything is great.
