We lived with two children, a 1-bedroom room, the children slept in the living room, there are no blackout curtains, the light from the building opposite illuminates the entire room at night, there is a sewer pipe inside the wall, which can also be heard. Breakfast is very modest, breakfast is not allowed for a child of 1 year old. A bonus was a non-working washing machine, we found out about it when it was launched, as a result, all the clothes became wet, we had to rinse them in the shower and dry them in the room, some of the clothes left with us in a suitcase wet.
The deposit was paid with a card, and returned to us in cash minus the commission, as a result, they returned less than we gave.

Excellent location, 15 min leisurely walk to Osmanbey metro station, but the truth is to go uphill. Our room was two-room, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, refrigerator, kettle, sofa, 2 beds. There are many shops, a bakery, and good restaurants near the hotel. The only negative is the girls of the night profession who live in a hotel, respectively, they are going to work all night, and then at 6- 7 in the morning they return, shout loudly, discuss their exploits. The walls are thin, you can hear everything in detail. Breakfast is brought to the room in the morning at the hotel, which is very convenient.

The terrible attitude towards the guests, they constantly ask for money, allegedly they did not pay extra for the accommodation, although they paid for everything. At the same time, the room is not cleaned at the time.
