There are quite a lot of people, but they manage to devote time to everyone. The choice is huge! Customer-oriented. They go to a meeting when various nuances arise (then I chose the wrong glasses - they were changed at a discount, then I damaged the frame - they did, then I had to twist the screw - they twisted it).
