Stolichnaya Optics is a SUPER OPTICS company, because there is something to compare it with. We came here by accident, we needed to repair glasses, it was the nearest optics on Partizansky ave. 32/1. Upon entering, I immediately felt a very pleasant atmosphere. We were met by a very pleasant and immediately likeable young man who repaired our breakdown in 5 minutes. Later, the child needed to replace his glasses (our glasses are quite complicated), we were quickly and professionally helped with the choice of frames. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I do it with great pleasure.
I want to share my impressions about Stolichnaya Optics, which impressed me with its customer orientation and friendly attitude. This is not the first time I have applied there – I order glasses for children. Not so long ago, I went there again, to update my glasses, and again I was completely delighted.
The first impression, as soon as you cross the threshold of this optics, is the atmosphere of hospitality and care. Regardless of why you came there – whether it's ordering glasses or a banal frame repair - the staff will greet you with a smile and willingness to help. There is also a convenient place to wait, but as a rule, work with clients begins very quickly.
What really pleasantly amazes me every time is the professional skills of the staff of this optics. Their amazing attention to detail and the desire to carefully select a frame that even a moody teenager will be satisfied with – this is real art. In the process of choosing a frame, I was pleased to note that every action was performed with respect to the wishes of my children.
It is worth noting that the choice of frames in optics is really huge – about 1000 models. The whole process of choosing a frame was as convenient as possible and took into account our wishes. The optics staff was happy to share information about the optical characteristics of various frames, advised on the optimal lens coverage and explained how to properly care for glasses.
But perhaps the most important thing is how the staff of this optician treats children. It is impossible not to note with what warmth and care employees address their young clients. It is immediately clear that children are a special category of customers for this optics, and their joy and comfort are of paramount importance.
As a result, I left this optics not only with new frames, but also with gifts, as well as with an incredibly pleasant impression of the service. Comparing this optics with others where I have been, I cannot but emphasize that Stolichnaya Optics is really the best in every sense. I read so many good reviews and decided to go in search of a frame. We went in, the seller is absolutely not interested in buying a frame from her, choose for yourself, although again, not all frames fit a big minus and show frames that will withstand, the second thing that confused me, usually in optics you can see what the minus is in the lenses, there is only an option to give your glasses for a couple of days , so that they could measure the distance and the minus in the lens with some kind of makar . At the exit, they handed over a certificate for a discount of 15 rubles. I was dissatisfied, the choice is very poor, I will not advise for sure!

Yesterday we visited the salon on Partizansky Avenue, and it is closed for a technical break. They called. They said we'd be there in 10 minutes. Today we came to the salon on Dolgobrodskaya and it is also closed)) I'm calling: I went to the post office. I'll be there in 15 minutes. Thank you. The question of choosing glasses is painful for me both in terms of the choice itself and in terms of natural distraction (I always lose them, they break).
Usually the choice fell on market models or on shops in shopping malls, the quality of the glasses and lenses themselves always left much to be desired. Last summer, I decided to buy more expensive and better glasses, went to the optics near the house. The staff was very friendly, they helped me make a choice, they also gave me a good discount, I was satisfied. After a few months, a screw fell out of the frame and the shackle fell off, I visited this store, where they repaired my glasses without any problems, and completely FREE of CHARGE.
More than a year has passed, and, with some awkward movement, putting glasses on my head, I caught on the shackle and it flew off, I came to the store in the hope that other shackles would be able to pick me up.
A week has passed, the manager called back and said that unfortunately he could not find a suitable model for this, but I can come and choose my glasses IN RETURN!
IN RETURN, not with a discount, but in return for a broken one, was that the case with you?
For the first time with me, by the way, glasses are not cheap, with high-quality lenses, with real protection from the sun (and not those that only spoil vision) I'M THRILLED😁, THAT'S AN UNDERSTATEMENT, THANK YOU VERY MUCH🤗 I ADVISE EVERYONE🥰
