Excellent service: high-quality repairs, pleasant service. The only service station where they told me, "why should we charge you for something that you can do yourself?" and they suggested what and where you can buy and how to install it yourself, as a person who does not really understand (it was a trivial matter, but it still strongly captivates. In most other service stations, they would not miss the opportunity to make money on any "nonsense").

I contacted this service with the problem of an incorrectly working fuel level sensor. Knowing that the problem was there, I purchased a fuel pump assembly with a fuel level sensor. I drove the car in the evening, the master receptionist said that the car would be repaired tomorrow. The next day at 14.30 I called to find out how things were going with the repair, they replied that the locksmith was free, and in 10 minutes the car would be driven into the remzone. At 17.00, passing by the service, I decided to stop by and clarify how the repair is going. It turned out that the car had been driven into the remzone ONLY 10 minutes ago. I asked to show that my car is definitely being handled. What I saw, to put it mildly, did not correspond to a professional approach to repair: the gas pump was not removed, but everything around the neck was filled with gasoline (i.e. no one guessed to put a rag when removing the fuel pipes), and the locksmith twisted the replacement gas pump in his hands, not understanding how the fuel level sensor was removed. Nevertheless, they assured me that everything would be done well today. At 19.00 they called and said that everything had been checked and it was not about the sensor, they promised that on the weekend the electrician would read the information about what the problem might be and on Monday they would tell what could be done, but for now on the weekend the car could be picked up and the gas pump with the sensor returned. At the weekend, no longer trusting the service station, I decided to look for myself. The first thing I saw was that the gas pump was not even removed (due to the condition of the dust on the lid). As soon as I removed the gas pump, the reason for the sensor working incorrectly became immediately clear – the fasteners of the gas pump itself, which was in the tank, were broken off. The gas pump was replaced and the problem was solved. As a result: the repair took me 1.5 hours with smoke breaks. P.S. On Monday I decided to call the master receptionist to find out what they would recommend. In their competent opinion, the reason should be sought either in the instrument panel or the comfort unit.

Good mechanics, good service, I was constantly repairing the car there, but recently the receptionist (the one with glasses) had his roof blown off. Somewhere a month ago he arrived, he sent me to another service, saying he was very busy and it was impossible to leave the car for repair. Yesterday he arrived, he says come in 30-40 minutes, we will accept. I drove and parked nearby in an empty space, waiting. After 25 minutes I drive up, and insults begin, saying that I drove another car, you have to stand under the door and wait for him to deign to accept me. (I'm talking about insults in a light form of narthal). If you want to be humiliated, come there.

The service does not help in finding components from the shelves. The card payment was refused. After working on the electrics at home, I found a dent in the rear wing. The panel below the torpedo has been removed and has not been replaced. I personally removed the card from the passenger door, they did not put it on, although I did not ask them to put it on, I asked them to make it. They didn't. There is no desire to apply again. I don't see any point in contacting you at these points, time is more expensive. I'll try another service.

I signed up for a fairly simple and fast (within an hour and a half) repair. I arrived at the appointed time, and they offer me to leave the car, saying that "maybe they will do it only in the evening." I can understand this in the case when some kind of long-term repair is required, with an order-waiting for spare parts, etc. And so the guys came up with a great idea to optimize the loading of the remzone. At the expense of customers.
