For a long time, out of habit, I used the services of this service station, because it is closest to home. As it turned out, this is the only plus.
I turned to them after the clutch flew. We counted 10,143 standard hours for such work and charged 1,100 rubles (including for details).
It's a good sum to replace the clutch on my 1.2 cc microliter.
When I picked up the car, the foreman said that everything was fine and the clutch pedal was going softer. The next day, after 100 km, the pedal began to wobble and stick when fully pressed. I urgently returned to the service station, and there was an ambush - the organization of work is structured so that two shifts work on different days - in fact, it's like two different service stations.
The new shift categorically refused to fix other people's jambs, citing heavy workload.
The master of the previous shift happened to be at the service station, but he didn't give a damn. He stated:
1. Once the car left the service station under its own power (confirmed by surveillance cameras), it means that the repair was done correctly.
2. There are a lot of parts in the clutch system, and the problem can suddenly appear at any point and "progress" - although he himself warned about the pedal.
3. You can leave the car and in 2 days on my shift we will see.
4. We have cameras everywhere, and if you complain about us, the recording will confirm that we do not refuse repairs.
5. And in general, under warranty, we can consider claims for 14 days.
That's such a reliable service station and such an attitude towards customers.
At another service station (I won't name it, it's not an advertisement), the problem was fixed in 1.4 normal hours.
