DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE if you don't want to be disappointed and waste your money! I shouldn't have attached importance to many negative reviews, since I was already in the institution. Avoid it, the food here is the worst.
We took lagman - average for its price, but the shawarma is disgusting. Shawarma is one solid pita bread with no filling, a liquid sauce with no flavor. And the hot dog: we ordered a Canadian one with 2 original sausages. Sausages are medium, but the filling is unevenly distributed: on the one hand vegetables, on the other beetroot, BEETROOT, I have never seen this. I mean, it doesn't mix with the rest of the ingredients. The sausages are all crammed into the corner of the bun.
1 star just for bringing tea for free.

It really looks like a local fast food restaurant, mostly shawarma and various hot dogs.
Also in the same institution there are hot dishes of only about 7 positions (manty, shurpa, lagman, manty, pilaf, which was allegedly not available, although the locals took it out several times! I think that the cafe discriminates against non-locals). A small portion of shurps, 1 piece of ingredients in the soup.
If you are not after fast food, it is difficult to figure out where to order, where to pay, you will not wait for waiters.

I absolutely do not understand people who write bad reviews. There is not only fast food here, you can also order national Uzbek dishes. Pilaf, tea, Shurpa, lagman, dumplings,flatbread, etc. Very friendly staff, will advise dishes, chat. There is inexpensive delicious ice cream and shawarma with hot dogs. Yes, maybe not everywhere is clean. But the guys do their job 100% Very tasty and inexpensive, I advise you to visit the institution!!!

At the mantas, the dough falls apart, it is impossible to even take it in your hands. The filling consists of 80% fried fatty onions, the rest is chopped meat + coriander. Manta rays are fatty, they do not leak juice, but fat! They are not tasty at all.

I took pilaf and soup (something like shurpa).
The portions are normal. The prices are normal. There is even some kind of service. But I didn't like the taste at all. The pilaf was very greasy, as was the soup. I didn't finish it, which is extremely rare.
This cafe is at the top of my anti-rating.
In fairness, it is worth noting that I also did not find anything sane nearby.
I was at three other cafes nearby. One is similar in quality. And two are one point higher.
Before that, I had been in Tashkent for a week and a half and had not run into such unpleasant things. To be fair, it's worth noting that there are a lot more reviews and it was easier to choose.
Inside it looks like a roadside canteen (although this does not bother me personally, I was going to get food, not to look at decorations).

I have never seen such a hot dog anywhere, perhaps it is a feature of Uzbekistan or Samarkand because I have not eaten hot dogs anywhere else. You can choose the number of sausages, but besides them there is a lot more in the bun. Beetroot salad, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, quail egg and smoked cheese, a piece of sausage, all this was generously poured with some kind of mayonnaise and ketchup. If you really want to eat, but you don't want to go far, then this place is definitely suitable. There were also other dishes. There are a lot of locals in this place. They also sell good ice cream from the street, there is a fairly large selection.

I was very hungry, ordered with friends 3 shawarma with beef 2 medium and one large, went to eat very late all other establishments were already closed (nearby) in total 30k soums, for a large and 25k for an average, +7k for a drink 0.4.
