I would like to thank the car wash staff for their "excellent" customer orientation. There is no website for an appointment, no phone number. Everything is on a first-come, first-served basis. And so you stand in line for such an hour and then the driver of a car comes, which is not in the general queue, but just in the parking lot, and drives into the box out of turn. To the question "wtf?" they tell you that he arrived a long time ago and just missed a couple of cars in front of him, now he's back and he has to wash now. That is, I stood waiting for an hour, not giving up the idea of washing the car, because I already saw my turn, but suddenly it turns out that all the parked cars on the territory can drive in front of me, because they arrived earlier and don't care that everyone is standing in line and assume that they will soon get to the car wash. At that time, 4 more cars were packed on the territory. That is, I'm either coming in next, or all these 4 cars will go in front of me and I'll have to stand in a "queue" for another 2 hours (half an hour by car). I have been serviced at this Car Wash 5 times in the last 3 years and I am facing a similar case for the second time. As a result, 1.5 hours in line, although at the time of arrival at the car wash, it was in the queue, there was 1 car in front of me. If this is the approach to the queue, then do it electronically so that the approximate waiting time is visible. And for myself, I concluded that it would be faster in time to make an appointment in advance for a normal car wash in Mogilev, and even taking into account the travel time (1 hour), it will come out faster.
