Very cool place and great view from the top! I ran up the stairs in about 10 minutes to see the sunset but better for people with plenty of time to walk slowly up for 30 minutes and enjoy the process.

Private property. Forbidden for students to record videos in the area, while they allow wedding photoshoots there. Unpatriotic attitude of the current management is surprising to say the least.
