The rooms are not well maintained. It's dirty. Mattresses are scary. We were traveling from Russia to Uzbekistan with children. We stayed overnight at the Kaspiy Hotel. I put the children on two sheets, the mattress was all stained....A blanket was not offered, as were towels. They covered themselves with their sleeping bags. To wash, there was no water. In general, everything is for two.

A terrible hotel. We paid 12,000 tenge for a junior suite. The dirt is incredible. I asked the receptionist for a powder and a rag and washed the toilet and sink myself. But at least they don't care. It's just awful. It seems that the room has never been cleaned there.

Well, the cafe has stopped working in the Caspian Sea, in my opinion completely.
But the hotel has a very convenient location and is always clean here.

In Russian hotels, the service and freshness of linen are much better. The management has something to work on, and not to fill their pockets and save on everything

First of all, the price. 10000 tenge (2200 rubles) for a 2-bed room with toilet and shower.
And now in order.
We stopped by in the evening. The lights in the hall and corridors are off. Economy. He really shone with his phone.
There is 1 light bulb in the room.
There is no breakfast.
The room is dusty. Garbage.
The bed was brought.
They refueled themselves. The linen is torn in places. There are 2 towels included for 2 people! There is no soap. There is no shampoo. There are no slippers. And this is a SUITE!
The toilet stinks of sewage.
But on the toilet door there is a list of rules - step left or right - fine!
I advise you to spend the night on the Russian side in Karasuk. I rented a room there better with breakfast, three towels per person, shampoo, soap - for 1200 rubles!
