Bottom line: we definitely recommend the place, everything is fine. But panakota is not something to try, it should be removed from the menu, in our opinion.…

We were at breakfast. Everything is terrible. From the search for a chewing waiter, who was kindly found in the kitchen by a cleaning woman who met us, to a meager assortment of paper sausages and cheap cheeses. The coffee machine lives out its life and spits milk on the floor of the bar. Cappuccino is worse than the vending machine in the mall. The atmosphere of the wake. A dark hall in which you can hear the howling of the wind from the street and the transmission of the change of reception at the hotel. Background music would be nice. One star for the woman with dark hair, who was the only person who smiled at us and helped us with breakfast, the second for pancakes with ham and cheese. It's better to go to the lido than to this memorial hall without a single employee in the hall and a mourning atmosphere.

I would like to leave a review after the banquet event dedicated to the baptism of my son and my sister's birthday.
My impressions were quite contradictory
At first, everything was quite acceptable, pleasant communication with the administrator, assistance in making pre-orders, setting tables, discussing details, enough privileges were provided, plus live music as a gift from the institution, so we decided to stay at this restaurant.
A couple of days before the holiday, we find out that, taking into account the closure of our hall, live music and muses.the tool is still for an additional fee.a fee, and if we hadn't closed the gym, it would have been free.(An interesting point is that already at the event itself, the waiter said that now there would be a compliment from the institution, which was my surprise, because we had swallowed it up. Draw your own conclusions.). If, for example, you want your music on your hall in the background, then also an additional one.the fee is for the sound engineer, but, thank you, in our case they allowed us to bring our own large speaker.
One of the main advantages:
- delicious cuisine - the guests appreciated the first hot dish (gov.cheeks in sauce and potatoes.mashed potatoes) and a very delicious barbecue; (the snacks are ordinary, the older generation was surprised by the volume of the cheese plate and the thickness of the same fish cut, but nevertheless the salmon was delicious)
- a quick change to clean dishes;
- pleasant interior, serving, fresh flowers in vases on the tables, the possibility of setting your own photo zone; your exit to the terrace from the hall; the location of the restaurant;
- the good voice of the ordered vocalist, diverse compositions, allowed the whole company to dance. The beautiful playing of the musician on the keys of classical and world compositions.
- Privileges for alcoholic beverages
- a compliment for the birthday girl; a discount in honor of the birthday.
- There were babies in the company, for which our mothers were provided with a secluded, albeit informal, place to feed.
Of the cons:
- service (some guests sometimes remained without appliances when changing dishes; at the end of the evening, people ordered coffee/tea for the cake and at least 5 people (those who told me) were left without mountains.drinks, I do not know if they were included in the receipt as a result, but the guests did not wait for them, although they were reminded repeatedly; Waiters (there were two) they did not monitor the filling of the guests' glasses, they had to constantly ask for it themselves. Apparently it was easier for everyone to have it on the table (pour the same cognac into a decanter) and the guests would do it themselves. As for alcohol, we were originally supposed to have a low-drinking company (9 bottles of alcohol were consumed), but I initially stipulated that if something was missing, then everything was a question for my husband and there should be no problems with this.
- Timing (the waitresses only found out from me when the same cake was supposed to be taken out, and not from the administrator)
- perhaps a trifle, but I was surprised by the situation with the morse in jugs on the tables, which, when pre-ordered, positioned itself as natural, delicious, they say they cook it themselves and 14p per liter seemed very acceptable to me, but in fact it was a liter packaged "kind" 👍🏻
- Well, they brought the receipt when paying, showed it, but they didn't leave it for us.
Although gratitude was left, but, unfortunately, the nuances mentioned above still take place.

On 12/20/2024, an extremely unpleasant incident occurred at a corporate party in this institution. I have not consumed alcohol for over 6 years and, as always, I was sober. During the event, the presenter appeared in the image of Santa Claus with the Snow Maiden. For my polite refusal to participate in their program, I received several blows on the shoulder from Santa Claus. Then, without my consent, the presenter grabbed my breast cross and tried to force me to participate again. I refused again. After that, he tried to take me by the elbow and force me to get up to participate in the activity. Fortunately, I managed to avoid this, as I play sports, and his attempt was unsuccessful.
In response to my refusal, Santa Claus wished me trouble and negative events in the coming year. I consider the behavior of such a presenter to be absolutely unacceptable and unworthy of the level of the institution where the corporate event took place.
I ask the management to pay attention to such incidents, as such actions spoil the overall atmosphere and leave an extremely negative impression.

This restaurant was chosen for the NG 2024 meeting. 2 stars - for organizing an entertainment program, heroes, actors and fun contests. It was really cool and a lot of fun. Morgunov, as if he had stepped out of the frame of "Moonshiners".
Special thanks for going to the meeting and kindly adding 1 guest just a couple of hours before our arrival, and even cooked hot for him.
We met NG very fun and interesting, but hungry, without cutlery and plates ....
Well, that's how it turned out ....
Something went wrong in the kitchen, apparently, and the administrator could not cope with the situation ....
We waited for salads until midnight, and then, along with the bread, it was simply shaken out, so to speak. Then we also began to remind that we would like something hot, which we promised an hour after arrival, and this is db 22.00, well, OK, let it be 22.30, but not almost one o'clock in the morning....
And this was the first portion of hot, the second - shish kebab, pita bread with cheese, grilled vegetables, already with a hoarseness in my throat, I had to "ask." No, not from shouting at all, but from the frequency of requests this New Year's Eve...
Who ate in the restaurant with their hands? We tried this time, well, because the appliances were taken away along with the plates from the hot, which would be fair to call slightly warm, we were lucky, others had it completely cold, so ok. They brought pita bread with cheese, but no appliances. The pita bread was hot!!!!! And we are not completely full, so we ate with our hands... I note that the pita bread was delicious, in the form of rolls, and it can be seen that they baked it themselves.
Further, 1.5 hours were spent on the final calculation, because we had to carefully recalculate and verify the order, up to the number of bottles of wine, because they "attributed" too much to us, well, just because there was alcohol on the serving table next to us... No comments ...
The cherry on the cake turned out to be the same piece of cake "Honey Cake", just as it turned out dumped in a packaging container, it felt like what was left was raked...
In general, despite all the hardships, we laughed there, meeting NG and folding our pens, as at school on the desk and 1 more January, remembering how we ate with our hands in a restaurant in Minsk, we still remember now, I think there will be enough emotions and impressions for a long time.
As a result: would I recommend a restaurant for events? - definitely NOT, because there is a high probability of spoiling your holiday. If there is a force majeure, the staff will not cope with it.
Make a choice in favor of another restaurant.

We are staying at the Imperial for the weekend and my husband's birthday. All weekend in the evening and at night specifically in the restaurant on the ground floor there are parties, celebrations, noise. The breakfast menu is meager, but everything is delicious, cozy, and neat. Ordering to the room is also fast and delicious, especially a peach cocktail. But today, of course, the receptionist revealed this place to us from a new angle :)))) we were looking for a bar-restaurant nearby, and decided to go back to sit near the room and the hotel, which we regretted, past the restaurant, when we thought to see if there was a holiday or some kind of celebration again, we looked into the restaurant. The receptionist rudely shouted past, "What are you doing here? I probably should have taken off my jackets and walked on with a stony face." Well ok. It was very pleasant to drink cocktails and feed my son, what can I say... Good luck to your service and important staff :)) we went to the room, changed our clothes and went to have a delicious dinner in Litviny (near the church in a five-minute walk)

My daughter's friends noted: I liked everything, starting from pre-order, ending with a present from the institution!!! We ordered dishes from the gastrofest-very large portions and very, very tasty, took several dishes from the main menu - everything was also very tasty! Very cool service: the manager accepted the pre-order, she suggested how to save money and advised the dishes; the waiter always came up promptly, told us everything in detail about each dish, our table was constantly in the center of her attention! and it was very nice to receive a compliment from the institution: the birthday girl was served dessert, accompanied by candles and a song performed by several waiters! It was very nice :) we ordered a hookah-we also really liked it and the bartender with branded cocktails was also on top!

She told me everything in detail and advised where we should be located, according to my wishes. As a result, when we arrived on the appointed day, we were greeted as if they were just waiting for us! I celebrated my anniversary in this wonderful restaurant and I don't regret it a bit!
The highest level of service from Nikita's best waiter, polite and courteous communication from Daria's administrator at the pre-order stage and upon arrival at the event, diligence and participation in congratulating all the staff - this is what I really want to celebrate and give the highest score.
I am very ashamed of the amount that I left for a tip - I realized the comicality of the situation only the next morning.
I promise to improve on my next visit.
The kitchen was amazing, the incredibly beautiful serving of dishes, visually pleasing, aesthetically pleasing and delicious.

We visited this institution as part of gastrofest, the institution was incredibly impressed from the service to the food. We were greeted by super cute receptionist Daria, who led us to the table with a smile and cordiality. After that, Maxim, the waiter, immediately came up to us and offered drinks.
