I'm just shocked how one employee can ruin my entire opinion of the pick-up point, I've been serving there for 5 years and the staff have always been friendly and if it was tedious to help, they got involved in the problem. But today, just an employee, as I understand it from the two present, is higher in rank or just works longer, answered rudely, refused to help with the question, just 10 minutes of the most unpleasant communication and tone. I was forced to simply leave the point without sending the parcel. The mood is ruined for the whole day. I recommend that the company take a closer look at the choice of personnel. You're losing customers so much! I'm extremely surprised how an employee can be uninterested in helping a client if I say that I can't go into my office and create a document. This is a technical issue for your company. And I also get rudeness in return. They were completely stunned!

It's time for me to write a review on this item of the draft. The staff is rude, they answer questions, but rudely, reluctantly, with a favor, apparently this is due to my lack of Belarusian roots. During the inspection of the parcel, the manager rudely replied that I quote from the package - "it stinks." It's very insulting, the things I sent were all cleanly washed! (I'm very sensitive to odors). All the time the parcel was being sent, the 2 managers chatted as if they were not working, but were discussing something on the bench. I do not recommend visiting the point! (p.s. I forgot my passport at home and tried to find a credit card, there is an oversight in this)
