For several years, information about other people's goods has been sent to my email address specified during registration with SDEK and in my personal account on the site, indicating the cities of departure and receipt, the data of the sender and recipient. I tried to solve this problem more than once via chat - to no avail. Promises that this is the last time are not fulfilled. The last time (order 10036181534) they wrote to me that I was "involved in the order by mistake." In the dialogue, I tried to explain that you can't treat personal data like that - to no avail. Maybe the operator does not understand that the disclosure of personal data entails liability. I hope someone will react. Since I will not be the injured party, it is not my data that is being sent to outsiders, (although with such an attitude it is worth considering whether to continue to cooperate with them) there is no point in writing a claim or appeal. But how "fucked up" their letters were. I recall Lavrov's words about journalists.
If some of my suppliers and stores had not used this service, I would have revoked all consents to the processing of personal data long ago. Read the correspondence with support for interest.

I ordered the goods in the store, paid for the goods and delivery, the seller never let me down! He carefully packs the goods and wraps the box tightly with adhesive tape. This time it was the same, I picked up the parcel at SDEK without a second thought and went home, carrying the box in my hands, at some point I felt that one corner of the box was falling through and only after that I noticed that the box was cut, when I came home and opened the box, I saw that there were not enough goods, I took it off I sent the video to the seller, the seller said that all the goods I ordered were packed and shipped, sent me the video from the surveillance camera, said that I needed to contact the carrier. I applied to the SDEC, but you can't attach a video to the appeal, just a photo! And a few days later, the carrier replied to me that we only deliver according to the package of goods, please contact the store!
So I recommend it.:
1. Carefully check the integrity of the box upon receipt! (but even if you find damage to the box at the pick-up point, it's not a fact that the carrier won't throw all the blame on the store)
2. Think carefully, do you really need the services of such a carrier? After all, there is no guarantee that you will receive all the goods that you have paid for!
