I've never sent a parcel, so it's difficult for me to assess it from this side (although from what I observed while standing in line, everything looks clear and well-adjusted)

I said it was the first time and he helped me pack everything, he was loyal when I was slowing down))) unlike the employee from the SDEK point on Pushkinskaya. I usually pick up parcels at Pushkinskaya, but sometimes someone sends them in front of me and the attitude is not very good - with the claim "what is unclear?" and not a very satisfied expression. Therefore, for the first time I decided to send the parcel elsewhere and did not lose. Everything went easily and quickly on Lobanka. Thanks to the employee)
