terrible service that sdek in general that this office in particular. The employee incorrectly wrote down the delivery address, and the delivery price suddenly increased during transportation (it turns out that the dimensions of the parcel were also indicated incorrectly) and you can only pay extra in Gomel at this office, otherwise they will not deliver. I found out about everything by accident, looking into the application, because the delivery was delayed, SDEK did not notify in any way, although these are the shoals of their staff.
