An excellent SDEC pick-up point: convenient location, courteous staff and a clear receipt process. Everything went quickly and without unnecessary questions, the staff helps at every step. Clean, tidy and convenient opening hours — I recommend it.

Complaint about incompetence and attempted deception on the part of employees "I would like to draw the attention of the management to the egregious situation in the department. The employees of Loika Marina and the head of the branch, Darya Kisel, demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and adequacy. In their work, "white is black": any arguments are ignored, and obvious facts are denied. On a regular basis, they try to impose unnecessary additional services. Moreover, during registration, the dimensions of the cargo are intentionally overestimated in order to artificially increase the cost. When employees were convicted of data forgery, nervous excuses began instead of apologies. This behavior discredits the SDEC service. I demand that measures be taken against these individuals."

The goods were delivered quickly, the staff were polite and friendly. The pick-up point itself is clean, tidy, and modern. There is a place for children to sit down, wait and draw.
