I'm tired of it!!! Every time a package that is supposed to arrive on time is marked in the "ready for delivery" application 15.10, 5 minutes before closing, and sometimes even after closing!!!! People send parcels in advance so that it arrives on time!!! But!! They probably don't want to work at this pick-up point, so they mark it EVERY time before closing so that people don't have time to pick up on time!!! I'm sick of it, if you can't handle it, hire another person to do the acceptance, and not one poor girl who sits there all the time alone!!!!!!!!!

I came to send a small paper postcard to Russia. And it seems that the people who are sitting at this point, namely one woman (I won't say her name), want to charge people as much money as possible for connecting some unknown tariffs! My parcel was packed in an airtight mail bag - but in the end, the girl opened the package, examined the paper envelope and packed the envelope in an absolutely identical new package, only with the inscription "sdek". I also knew that the delivery would cost 16.6 rubles (packaging is included in the price) - but in the end I paid 28 rubles. And further to my question: "why is the price so high?" - The girl DID NOT SAY a WORD about the fact that she connected tariffs unknown to me, for which she divorced me for 12 RUBLES! Namely, she connected the EXPRESS SERVICE without my knowledge, about which she did not say a word to me, but wrote off such a large cost for the fact that, allegedly, their prices rose in February. Disgusting attitude towards customers!

I helped pack the cargo and charged it with positivity and became glad that we at least have a service somewhere. Usually there are some sour mines in the city where SDEK did not come, like what did you come here for, what do you need, they already got it, and so on and so on. This is the first SDEC point in Minsk, where you will be served with high quality and will be provided with good service. Keep it up
