My two daughters love the UpGrade. It is always a pleasure to go to classes! It is interesting for children to sort out serious topics and learn to express their emotions: friendship, communication, shame, anger, joy, resentment, because everything happens in a playful way, in an absolutely comfortable and accepting atmosphere for them, seasoned with good humor and love for them. Special thanks for the feedback from the teachers, I wait for it every week, as well as the day of classes, because time is also freed up for parents to spend it for their own pleasure. My children have been attending UpGrade School for 3 years now. During this time, I noticed significant positive changes in them. They have become more confident in themselves, understand their emotions better and are able to manage them. Their ability to resolve conflicts constructively and respectfully has grown, which is reflected in their relationships with friends and classmates. The school of conscious growing up has become a real discovery for us. She helps my children to better understand themselves and the world around them, prepares them for future challenges. A unique place, in my opinion, for RB! Son (10 years old) he walks with pleasure, always waiting for classes. And I'm not ready to skip even for the sake of entertainment! I see that he is becoming more confident in communication, it is easier for him to present himself and speak in public. The UPGRADE Mindfulness school has a very cool, supportive atmosphere, children feel relaxed and free, they can safely and environmentally express themselves. And teachers are always in touch with parents. This is very valuable!

Children (8 and 14 years old, go to different groups) really like classes - interest has only been growing for 2 years! And we like that there is a tangible result - awareness, a responsible attitude to life, and empathy are growing! Children really feel much better about themselves and others and cope with different life situations! The UpGrade space is comfortable, bright, there is always tea, cookies, care is felt in every little thing!

For me, the mother of a 14-year-old teenager, this school is the OPENING of the year! And it's not just about the benefits and knowledge, it's about the real changes of my child - where her strength, her self-confidence was found, where she learned to hear herself and others. And in a year, he is no longer a closed teenager, but an open person to the world and himself, ready to "build bridges" in any relationship. Since we, the parents, are also fascinatingly "involved" in development, I observe how a space is carefully created here for everyone and where the value of each child and adult is manifested. I was looking for a place where my children could learn to communicate with their peers, while opening up, but not breaking other people's boundaries. And I found the Upgrade school! And now my heart is given to them))) My daughter (teenager) and son (2nd grade) are happy to come to classes, and I have the opportunity to get tips from a psychologist. I see changes in the children. And most importantly, the school also noticed this and told us to continue))) Since September, we are back to classes! Thank you for being there!!!

I want to leave a positive review about the UpGrade school of conscious growing up. My son walks with pleasure! I have learned a lot about behavior, there are fewer negative emotions! The school is wonderful. The child began to change in behavior, expressing his point of view after about 4 classes. The format of classes is interesting on the one hand, but on the other it is incredibly difficult for a teacher, especially with the age group of 6-8 years. I recommend the school. There is always feedback.
