The center of creativity for children and youth, in my time, were called "pioneer houses". The center is interesting for the historical reconstruction club, visit it if possible, as in a museum it is very cool and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Много кружков для детей. Танцы, пение, рисование, театральный кружок и т.д. Для взрослых йога. Центр устраивает мероприятия с концертной программой на каждый праздник. День защиты детей, Новый год, масленица....

There are a lot of cool sections and circles. As far as I know, discos are often held on Saturdays. 4 stars for not very good repair
