Let's just say it's one of the city's favorite places. I just lived for a long time four blocks from the Central Market and, of course, did my basic shopping there. After all, there are no large shops and supermarkets in that area. There is only one market left. He's different... different in people, different in prices. I have been living in another place for a long time, but when I visit Chisinau, I always go to the Central Market. It has an interesting feature: Vegetables and fruits are more expensive from Benderskaya Street, the current Tigina, and cheaper from Armenian Street. Such a strange situation. But for how many years I've been walking, it's always been like this. And this year I got a lot of pleasure from going there. I walk through the market, I see cucumbers - 30 lei (150 rubles), well, it's okay, it's tolerable - the beginning of June. I look: bananas are 22 Lei (110 rubles), and next to pineapples are 20 lei (100 rubles). That is, pineapples turned out to be cheaper than local cucumbers. Or maybe now pineapples have already been grown in Moldova and I don't know something? I'm just kidding, of course... I've given prices in rubles for those who live in Russia, the exchange rate is average, but approximately 1:5, that is, five rubles per lei

The best hereditary merchants gathered here. I come here for meat. There is a chance to buy veal at a minimum price and possibly grown without hormones. Homemade dairy products alternate with cottage cheese made from palm oil. Pork is like everywhere else, but you can find it "as before". Vegetables and fruits are a good choice. I also buy walnuts. Well, I also buy all sorts of little things like thread batteries here.
