Everything is clear with the delivery and they will bring it to the apartment if necessary for an additional payment. There are no problems with replacing defective tiles. I had to order tiles here 4 times. Once the main one and then additional orders and refunds, because the tiles in the box were of different caliber. And if you don't take a full box, then they throw it from different batches, different colors and sizes.... We went back and forth 4 times. As a result, the very last time, aunt especially smart confused everything, did not enter it into the database and gave us the wrong tile color (only three main ones, we took the average one) Only the number is written on the box, no more identification marks. They understood only when they laid him down. I've been crying about it for days. Since the work of the table is 500 dollars. There is no more money and strength to shift. The store offered to remove it at their own expense and take it back to them for replacement. There are no words. As a result, they returned 100 rubles for the tile and did not even apologize. I wish that aunt, who mixed up everything, that she was painted black when she came to the salon for blonde
The management would at least call and apologize

We visited this tile salon for the first and last time. Terrible attitude towards the client!! The consultant did not even deign to suggest or advise anything, she only answered questions from the spot with dissatisfaction!! I'm sorry, but you can't work like this.. We advise you to go somewhere else!!

It is very poorly located. It is difficult to park a car. It is a pity that there are few tiles on display. I had to go to Chkalova, 1. There you can see more "live" Consultant Kristina umnichka. I drew the project in 10 minutes, calculated the footage and cost. All we have to do is drive up to Chkalov and place an order. Everything is fast, clear, and understandable. Delivery on time, unloading is fast and inexpensive.
