After visiting the laundry, I wanted to cry.The fur blanket (for the first time in the wash) turned out to be all crumpled with receding hairlines, and the blanket did not wash at all.I brought a good gel, but the laundress, without my consent, added soap, saying that it would not hurt.That's the result.The horror! I will never use the services of this laundry.

We used the services several times, everything was OK.
Once again, they called to make an appointment, apparently, another specialist was working.
She said that they did not work until 21 o'clock (and before which time?!) and when asked if I would have time to wash today (called at 18 o'clock), she just hung up the phone 🥲

One of the reminders from the USSR.... I like to collect 15 kg of bed linen and give it to you for reasonable money so that you can be washed, ironed and given in the best possible way.
