The hotel is excellent, the staff is courteous.Very clean and tidy.The interior is great.The price includes breakfast and sauna.The sauna is spacious, and the pool is large.The cuisine is great, especially the manti))))I liked.The prices are reasonable.So if you choose from hotels in Karaganda, I would recommend Chaika.👍

A great hotel, in a beautiful, picturesque place! Wonderful atmosphere in the hotel! The city center! Helpful and courteous staff! Excellent breakfasts. The perfect combination of price / quality! I highly recommend it!

A great hotel since Soviet times. Spacious and solid, with its own territory and a large Parking lot. Everything is clean, cozy, delicious breakfast (buffet). Excellent service.
