A wonderful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Delicious cuisine, good breakfasts are dense and with an extensive buffet, polite staff, very responsive receptionists at the reception. A good bathhouse is the only thing - the brooms are worthless and crumble after the first swing. Otherwise, everything is great.

We spent 2 days off at the Greenwood Chalet. We were looking for a place to get away from the city for a while. They didn't miss it. Silence, a well-kept pine forest, a pretty lake in a few minutes, stylish rooms in calm colors with all amenities. Delicious cuisine with good prices. At the time of rest (April) from the additional rest (for additional payment): a good sauna complex, bicycles (in the warmer season, boat rental, catamarans, beach).

It is located in a wooded area, next to a lake. Cozy rooms with an open terrace overlooking the pine forest. A restaurant with a varied menu, an excellent sauna complex, friendly and helpful staff. There is a sandy beach near the hotel, you can rent a shazlog, boats, kayaks, and play volleyball. Or rent a bike and ride around the surroundings, enjoying nature.

Overall good. The place is certainly hipster :) therefore, it is somewhat overrated. The food is very tasty. The placement is normal. At the same time, the audibility of neighbors is increased. The beach is nice, but the gravel paths are somehow rustic and uncomfortable. In the boarding house of railway workers, which is opposite, across the lake, probably not so tasty, but according to the conditions of accommodation, the beach and the territory imho is even better, and the prices are half as low. Therefore, I believe that the chalet is somewhat overrated.

A great country complex with SOOOOO long service in the restaurant.
In general, everything is good - a pine forest, a clean lake, a sauna, a lot of entertainment. But as of June 2022, the service in the restaurant spoiled the whole impression of a vacation. We had to wait for dishes for up to an hour, cold food was brought periodically and half of the menu disappeared. Either there are not enough chefs, or the waiters work poorly, a big request to the administration to resolve the issue, there are actually no other food options.

The place may not be bad. But I came with a dog, more like a cat, in size, that's for sure. It was not possible to pass. I understand the motives of the owners. But today there are already opportunities to organize leisure activities with animals. + 5 rubles per pet, here are the racks with packages for sanitary needs.

It's a great place. the nature is gorgeous, two lakes, a beach. You can rent a room. good cuisine in the restaurant. the only caveat is parking spaces on weekends.

We often went here for breakfast in the summer, we really liked it! We gathered on an autumn day and decided to remember how good it was in the summer. We arrived, there is no buffet anymore, although just yesterday we called and were told that there is. Breakfast also costs 12p, now you need to collect it and they will bring you what you have chosen. They said you can choose any table, but of course, the empty table turned out to be dirty, the tablecloth was stained and with crumbs, and clean tables were on reserve, although there was no one in the restaurant. The time is 8:53. Dead flies are lying on the floor.

Toast bread was brought, it was dried bread, I would like it fresher. The "hot dishes" turned out to be cold, funny)
There were not enough drinks, I would like to be able to drink at least filtered water indefinitely.
We concluded that the chalet was not waiting for us, the hospitality is 0! Upset(
We were about to leave, the guests of the Chalet came, who had whole bread baskets with bread from the toaster!! 😂

We had a rest with family and friends. The hotel itself is a great idea! All the impressions were spoiled not by the friendly staff, but especially the restaurant and the kitchen - all some "cold" and "dry" and too long serving (pancakes from the children's menu were cooked for 1 hour 20 minutes), vegetable salad with sand ... There is no desire to come and advise this place for recreation!
