The car was sold quickly. I passed IT officially to be under warranty, I passed two, THEN I gave 60 thousand each for oil change and supposedly diagnostics))). The ABS sensor failed, and that's it. The warranty is over, according to the manager, mechanical damage is NOT A WARRANTY CASE (which is to be expected) . The mileage for the year of operation is mostly only 15 thousand kilometers, careful operation, driving, house-to-house work. I took a second car from this dealership (I took the first one when they were still selling Renault).I am very disappointed with the service discussion at this dealership…

I was stupid enough to buy a car in this salon.
I bought a complete set of Changan.
They offered to buy polices for 80,000 tenge. !!! The price is exactly 5 times higher than the market!!!
There is a car market behind the dealership, where the guys did for me in 40 minutes for 16,000 very carefully with the sides.
Then they offered winter tires for 660000 !!!
Immediately called the store and bought Nokian for 220000 tenge.
The difference is three times!
They also offered to install an alarm system, but I immediately refused.
THAT's #1 for 52,000, at the end they gave a paper with a list of services provided.
In fact, I only needed to change the oil and the oil filter. And it would have cost me 3 times cheaper too.
Cars sometimes do not see the key, the answer to the question to them "why" was "it happens"!!!
This is the official representative says!
For THAT # 2, the price has already been set at 62,000 tenge.
I like the car in all respects.
If I was buying now, I would choose Exeed, they give me 10 for free!!! This is called customer orientation.
Or if there was another dealer with normal conditions,
gifts from a car dealership, etc.
There is an overabundance of cars on the market now, and a year ago there was a severe shortage.
I think with this attitude to their customer, they will be outsiders.
In general, there is something to think about.
Conclusions should be drawn first of all by the car dealership, and the client will vote TENGE.
If there was a minus star or some kind of inverted one, I would put it.
