A lovely shop and tea room. A very diverse range of teas, incense, dishes. Excellent consultants, fans of their work and tea. An island of peace and quiet in the city center. It is better to book tables in advance, otherwise you will sit on ordinary chairs in the middle, instead of cozy pillows in separate nooks.

A wonderful place! Beautiful locations inside, a good atmosphere for tea ceremonies. I have been taking tea here for a long time both personally and by delivery. Everything is very tasty :)
The only thing I found was one flaw in the option - ‘tea to take away'.
Tea is poured into a cup without any filter bag. Thus, there are 2 problems here:
1. if you order some tea of a small fraction or some kind of green longjing (brewed not at 90 degrees) then you will see (even after 10 minutes) that there is a lot of tea on the surface in the cup, which will later fly into your mouth and interfere with enjoying tea
2. Tea is over-brewed

We bought 4 types of tea - insects in 2 of them. In one (ivan tea with strawberries) there was a moth - at least 4 pieces; there were some bugs in the chamomile. The video was shot by daisies.
At least thank you for the zip bags, because our tea was not damaged.
Check your suppliers and storage, because it's just a horror when you take out tea and something moves in it.
The rest of the teas have not been checked yet, but they have been in zip packages since the moment of purchase.

I bought packaged black tea with osmanthus and Anchan blue tea by weight here. Black tea with osmanthus tasted no different from the usual black tea from any grocery store, and blue Anchan tea tasted like mushrooms at all.

I do not recommend this place. It is impossible to get through to order a tea ceremony. They called for 3 days, no one picks up and does not call back. That is, you will not be able to schedule a visit. We hoped to get to the tea ceremony, which will be held by the tea master. As a result, we got a parody of the tea ceremony. We were given a tray, dishes, tea, told how to brew and that's it, maximum (5-7 minutes). Then we brewed and made the straits ourselves. This is not a ceremony. No history of tea, nothing about the dishes or the tea drinking process. And for this more than 30p. The guys either do not know what a tea ceremony is and substitute concepts, or simply do not know how to conduct it.
The choice of teas is large, there are both 60p kg and 230p kg. There are tea utensils and accessories. But the sale also left mixed feelings. The staff is not customer-oriented. I had to look for a seller for a long time, there is no uniform or badges. Very long service because of this queue. When we entered this institution, people came out to meet us with the words "no more foot here" ... well, in general, it is clear why.
