Not a single English speaker waiter. Low quality reception

It's a great place. I often travel to different cities for work and almost every city is atmospheric and cozy. The only disadvantage of the Aktobe branch is that it is unclear what the security is guided by when choosing who to let through and who not. I have not encountered any problems with this in other cities. But in the Aktobe branch, it's just some kind of lottery every time. There was even a case that they refused once, I went out, then went back in to ask why a couple of days ago we passed without any questions and today they refused, to which I received the answer "come in". That's how such an attitude was a novelty for me. In Almaty, I could even come to the institution in shorts (my favorite in the Forum shopping center), I often spent evenings there in company and alone, they always greeted me warmly and with a smile. I was in a tracksuit in Atyrau. But in Aktobe, they didn't even miss it in a suit :-). In general, the place is excellent, the prices are perfect (as for me), the kitchen is gorgeous, the service is cool, clean, cozy. I put 4 precisely to Aktobe "Chechel" only because of the guest admission system, or as it is called "face control", but I do not like this term. But in general, I advise everyone.

I like the Price/quality ratio. Delicious, quite edible menu, inexpensive alcohol, city center, live music. Of the cons: live music is late and little. The menu has hardly changed for many years
