I was there a couple of years ago when I stayed in Uralsk on business. Excellent hookahs, delicious food, friendly service. I consider one of the best places in the city for a comfortable stay.

It's a good place. There are vips. We celebrated a birthday once. Delicious cuisine. And salads and hot dishes. And teas in general, the sound insulation is really not very good, but you can eavesdrop and sing the same song)

A pleasant place. A little out of the concept of the lounge, as it says in the name, but also a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. It would be nice to refine the area of the restrooms a little, otherwise there is a feeling that they were done very hastily. And finalize the smoking room, make it warmer and more cozy, maybe add upholstered furniture.
It is in this block that there is a restroom and a smoking room, a feeling as if you are not in a pleasant institution, but somewhere in a roadside cafe.
The rest is a five plus.
