I have been a customer of this fish delivery store for many years. High-quality product, uniqueness and own production.
But this time there was a BIG PROBLEM with the delivery. At first we were an hour late! Despite the fact that my address was the first on the route. Then the orders were obviously mixed up. Then it was impossible to reach the manager and they called back only a few hours later. After the arguments, they promised to sort it out from the words of the administrator: we will give you a 15% discount for the inconvenience, send another more experienced courier and arrive on time.
AS A RESULT: the same courier arrived. He was 30 minutes late (although he called to warn me that he would be late). And the "cherry on the cake" replaced one of the products. They say they've probably run out, they've been replaced...
I intend to seriously consider other companies for ordering fish and seafood.
This store is unlikely to feel the loss of me as a customer, because, according to the courier, they have 300 deliveries per day. BUT when studying the reviews of new customers, please note that during a period of heavy workload, you can also become expendable.

The best store is always with fresh products, a large assortment, very customer-oriented. We only take caviar and chilled fish here!!! And pickled Chum salmon and mussels are generally TOP!!! I recommend it!!!
