1) Disgusting food, Chinese, absolutely nothing to feed the children
2) the mattress is so uncomfortable that it is impossible to sleep just
3) the service is very strange, even none. The lack of towels and pillows is the norm
4) the sauna is closed, so if you are frozen in the room and the battery does not work in it, you will warm up only at home
