It was my favorite hair salon, where there was excellent service, fast and high-quality haircuts, near the house. Now this is the place where you can sit in line for 20 minutes, and then you will be told that a person should come by appointment now, while the hairdresser works extremely slowly. The master is alone in the barbershop, just a waste of personal time.

We always got our hair cut at the barber shop on Sputnik, but today we were refused service, citing the end of the working day at 19:00, despite the fact that the official work schedule is until 20:00. There is no indication on any social network or on the door about shortening the working day, and customers were served before us after 19:00.
I would like the employees to at least come out next time and talk about what they don't accept, and not appeal to the client with the claim "why are you sitting there". And it is better that when changing the work schedule, customers can receive this information not just from the mouth of employees.
