A very negative impression. I called on the phone about the repair of my MFP, arranged for the delivery. By taxi through half the city, I delivered the MFPs, the receptionists, after calling their printer repairman, refused to accept my device for repair. It is unclear why it was impossible to immediately refuse over the phone. (Added after viewing the organization's response) On the phone, I described the problem (error code, device name, type of breakdown). They asked me to call back after a while, they will decide whether they will take it or not. I called back after a while, as agreed. I was told that they would take it for repair, but the result is not guaranteed. I brought it, THE SPECIALIST DID NOT INSPECT THE DEVICE, because THE SPECIALIST WAS NOT ON SITE, and the receptionist did not even take the device out of the package. After the receptionist talked to the specialist on the phone, I was refused. So don't talk about magic wands that you don't have. The question is that they promised to at least diagnose, but in fact they did not even accept repairs, although they assured about it over the phone.
