The manager does not solve anything in case of disputes, there is no communication before the management, except for mail, and after reading, the manager contacts you again, who does not solve anything. As a result, you are left with a 1-on-1 problem. Moreover, if you call the call center, knowing the internal code of the employee, you do not get to the manager whose extension code you specified every time. Sometimes, by bank transfer, the price on the website differs from the invoice, which is not acceptable taking into account the basket and the rules of online sales in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Low feedback is based on being excluded from the management and company's approach to people and their employees. And three stars, not one. Due to the number of Product choices.

I am very glad to see this store. now you can select any parts online and buy them without any problems. updated: I would like to see some kind of express checkout, or individual collectors and pickers of goods, because there is not enough patience to wait for some merchants to collect a bunch of junk. the sellers of the poor guy do a hundred jobs. at the same time, merchants cannot select the entire nomenclature in advance on the site, but come and take out the brains of sellers. I came to the store for 1 unit of goods at 10.03 am, consider it at the time of opening. I stood for half an hour. I'd rather go to the market. in general, if you need to buy a couple of units of something not particularly rare, I recommend going to the market or another electronics store.
