We got it too. In addition to household appliances, two computers burned down. One is old, one is brand new. We turned to this service center for help and did not lose. Well done guys. I bought RAM for the laptop, ssd m2. There is no bolt included for ssd. The bolt was picked up in this center.
They immediately cleaned the dust, put everything in the iron, and added the disk to the system.

The first time everything was done fine, but they took quite a lot for absolutely basic services, but sometimes there is simply no other choice, so they agreed. But the second time a computer was taken for repair, one price was indicated in the price list, as a result, they say a completely different one, several times more. Therefore, before finally giving it for repair, we went to another place, where the cause of the malfunction was called COMPLETELY different and, of course, not for such cosmic money. The entire repair took only 40 minutes! The price was also announced in advance.
After 3 attempts on the same day to find an adequate service, in which either they did not take it in principle, or they had to leave up to 5 days for such a pathetic breakdown for diagnosis, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of work, price and attitude in general.

I strongly do not recommend contacting this workshop. 06/29/2022 I gave them a bread maker for repair, described the malfunction. The receptionist said that they would call me back within 3 working days based on the results of the diagnosis. They did not call back, on the 4th day he called himself and found out that the master had not found any errors. On the same day, I took the device and started the bread baking process at home. The malfunction has remained as it was. The device did not work, the error "Er3" was returned. They could not clearly answer my questions about how this could happen in the workshop, besides, the employee (receptionist) with whom I spoke answered quite rudely and tried to accuse me of saying something wrong, although they did not find the stated malfunction in the receipt (error "Er3") there was (according to them). It seems that either no one has taken on repairs and diagnostics, or such "masters" work there.

A disgusting place, in every sense! Don't get fooled by the beautiful photos in Yandex - when I got there, my first wish was just to turn around and leave! It looks like it's just a dirty garage, it's not clear what's piled up in heaps, whether it's for repairs or just garbage.. Some student from yesterday is taking in repairs with the expression "what are you doing?" on the face.
But first of all, it was necessary to fix the backlight in the LG monitor. The problem is common and frequent with this manufacturer, so there should be no problems with repair, I thought!
I called, named the model, the problem: they say, it turns on and goes out immediately, they said we will do it, it will take 3 days maximum, for me it is a long time, but maybe the download from the master..
As a result, they only got to disassemble it on day 3, after my call there. They called back later:
- You know, we won't repair it..
- why?
— well... we don't have such a backlight...
- And what, there isn't one in Minsk either?
- Well, of course we can search, but it can take a long time ...
(and that's such a mooing for another 10 minutes, until I realized what they were trying to tell me - take your stuff, we don't want to mess with it, we don't want to look for spare parts, we don't have our reserve, so go to another workshop!)
Okay, I came to pick it up - they already put it in a box for me and sealed it! How cute! I print it out, I say turn it on, the monitor doesn't even turn on anymore!! I'm asking:
- What's the matter?
- What about it?
- It doesn't turn on!
- That's right (he shoves a piece of paper at me) Your backlight doesn't work!
- Before you, she lit up and went out, but now she's not breathing at all!
- I don't know, the receipt says "not working"
- Okay, why wasn't the case assembled properly?
- Where?
- Here! There are cracks everywhere!
- well, this is such a case, it is on latches, after disassembly it may not assemble normally!

As a result, I wrote a review in the book and left.
The most interesting thing is that I found another guy, without these show-offs - "service" "we repair everything without problems", he made a monitor a couple of hours after delivery and ASSEMBLED the case NORMALLY!
In general, this is not a service, it is .......
I do not recommend anything more difficult to fix steamers there, and I will not carry the steamer there.
