We came to Kazakhstan to visit. Walking around the city, we came across this authentic restaurant. The kitchen is amazing! Amazing lagman and fried and classic, melting in the mouth chak-chak, delicious tea. The interior, the music, the serving of dishes - everything is very colorful and tasteful. The service is first-class, they met us as if they were just waiting for us. We felt like important, honored guests))).
If you are in Astana, be sure to visit this restaurant.

For the first time in so many years, they brought a low-quality barbecue, asked the cook Akhmat to ask why they brought boiled meat, he reacted neutrally and did nothing, they returned it, said everything was as it should be, like, sit and eat. And the staff was completely new. It's a pity the quality has dropped. After all, people came here because of the quality of service and food. This is the attitude towards customers and new people influence the fact that there is no longer such a warm attitude towards the institution.

The waiting time for dishes is 15-20 minutes, for such an institution it is normal.
The check is high, but justified.
There are no discounts for anyone, so they explained to us, but this absolutely does not spoil the impression of the institution.
The establishment charges +10% for the service from the cost of the dishes indicated on the menu.
The general impression is that you want to come here again, despite the high cost.

I ordered two steps of shish kebab for myself and one for my wife (along with pilaf). When they brought my portion, I asked if it was my portion or on a plate (they don't bring it on skewers / skewers) - the whole kebab. They replied that it was only mine. I ate it safely. The wife, having finished her pilaf, began to wonder where her portion was. To which another waiter said that everything was brought in one plate. The bill included 3 servings, but I'm not sure if it was actually there. In general, I do not recommend it

We went to lunch with a colleague, it was suggested to try the shurpa, we agreed. Another flatbread and tea. Shurpa is broth, half a potato, and a bony piece of some kind of meat. More precisely, not meat, but fat and for one bite of meat. The meat was not chewed, a piece of 70% bone. There was no desire to nibble all this, it was a business meeting, I was in a suit. I just bit it and put it aside. There was a pile of small bones at the bottom of the plate, it was impossible to eat, only to spit. I walk around the day before yesterday, I've never tried this in establishments before, I'm just shocked. The tea is usually black, no flavoring options were offered, although they were asked. As a result, we gave away 12,000 tenge with a colleague. It seems to me that this is a complete disgrace. There are a lot of positive reviews, it's not clear, maybe they tried so hard for us specifically. But I won't come and I don't recommend it to anyone

Unfortunately, the kitchen was disappointing. Everything is greasy, the prices do not match the quality. The chairs are very low, uncomfortable, and you keep asking for an extra cushion. The air in the cafe is kind of stagnant, it seems that the room is not ventilated at all. In short, I stopped visiting so as not to spoil my mood and appetite.
