I completely agree with the user below , everything is beautifully painted and shown on the site , the service itself is in poor condition , they do not allow you to observe the process , they wash off the dirt and that's it , there is no thorough washing of the engine , although it has become better , but it is not worth the money !

There is a moment when the engine was cleaned, apparently, the chemistry got on the headlight reservation (film) and rusted it, 100% up to this point there was no such problem on the headlight. Naturally, the person who washed the engine did not say anything about it. There were places of indolence. A little more attention to detail would be nice.

I do not advise you to get involved. The engine was flooded with oil. I came to them, they wash in a dark box, nothing is visible. The cleaner had to be literally forced to turn off the battery. After washing, the oil turned out to be on the windshield and wings, I had to go to the car wash after washing. The result is that the engine seems to be washed greasy to the touch, all the colored caps and sensor chips are washed out of the engine, it smells nice, which creates the illusion of cleanliness. I came out of the box into the light - streaks of dirt, fat deposits have not been washed. I drove it again, something was washed there, the effect is the same, I decided not to waste time on them and I do not advise you. I read the rave reviews on their site, decided to post my own, figs there is a site page error and the review cannot be posted.

I'll do better with Kercher in 30 minutes!!!!! When chelrvek pointed out the obvious flaws, he closed the hood with the words this is not detaling! They don't care about the result -we washed it and the fact that sand and oil are everywhere - well, this is not detaling! Everything is so painted on the website! In the video, they wash the bottom with steam, and they prove to me with foam at the mouth that they wash the bottom only with a kerch! They talk about something Bentley and Porsche))) It 's a circus !!! Happy people are those who either wash the engine for the first time or do not understand!

I ordered the service of washing the engine compartment (STEAM) and the internal combustion engine from below. Unfortunately, he was not present during the washing process (he decided to trust the "professionals", which he later regretted). During the inspection of the completed works, shortcomings were discovered, which were immediately eliminated. When the car was lowered from the lift, the entire engine compartment was in a layer of greasy chemicals, but at that time this was not the main problem. After starting the car, it began to troit. In the same place, at the sink, the top cover of the engine was removed, and a large amount of water was found under it, which in principle is not typical for steam washing. In general, most likely, they were just washed with water from above. They do not document the services rendered in any way (only a receipt, which does not indicate which works were performed.), i.e. there is no order or act of completed work.
In general, I do not recommend using the services of this car wash! Take care of your car, nerves and wallet :)

They are not allowed to the car, they refer to safety precautions, they offer to wait in the client area, when washing the engine they locked themselves in the box with a key, and they did not hear the type. I don't recommend it, and I don't set foot there myself.
They do not cover the electrical parts, as a result, the engine control unit burned down and the ignition coils were replaced. Don't be fooled by the marketing ploy, they didn't show me any steam - they stupidly locked themselves in and washed the engine with water from the compressor. All reviews are registered .

I chose this sink only because it was possible to wash the engine both from above and from below, and the washing is carried out with hot steam, and not just with a kercher.
The engine was almost completely in oil mixed with dirt. We washed it for 1.5 hours, since the dirt was not removed the first time. Some elements were never completely washed off, as the oil literally stuck to the walls of the engine. After washing, the engine was started in the presence of a car wash employee, he worked a little, the remaining water on the exhaust manifold dried up and I drove off.
A very convenient waiting place: if you want to sit in your mobile phone with free Wi-Fi, if you want to drink coffee, if you want to sit in the toilet. You can combine all this.
