Tashkent's most famous Bazzar (Market), the minute you step into Charsou you feel you travelled back in time, a colorful tapestry, fruits and vegetables, home accessories, clothes in all sizes and shapes, handmade rugs, handmade pottery, knickknacks, souvenirs and more.
My wife Hanaa and I buy our organic fresh vegetables and fruits at Charsou, the prices are reasonable. Despite it's a hustling and bustling place you still can enjoy your time.
There are many places where you can grab a bite, somsa, shesh kebab, sandwiches, the food is delicious and very affordable. Please remember to keep Tashkent clean don't through trash on the ground.
Happy Shopping
Best regards.

The bazaar is located in the old city of Tashkent. Very colorful, big. There are several pavilions: clothes and fabrics, products, fruits and vegetables, dried fruits and nuts, national clothes, souvenirs. The prices are very reasonable. It is much lower than in other bazaars, which are usually visited by all tourists.

I have never seen such a big market in my life, it makes sense to visit, take a walk, find interesting things, foreign drinks. But many sellers realize that tourists are coming here. Do not rush to buy tea, nuts, spices, they are the same everywhere and you can safely bargain, tourists are offered a price of 150,000 soums per kg of nuts, although the normal price is 100,000 soums per kg, if the seller does not bargain, feel free to leave and go to another, you will find the same product.
It's a very cool experience, very original, high-calorie, life is in full swing, feel the atmosphere of Uzbekistan, try natural juices, buy some junk as a keepsake

A wonderful market, usually traded at 30% of the declared value. But it's better not to get into the gluttonous row, they brought a half-baked kebab, a dish of twisted offal was brought in the form of sausage without even telling what it was. In short, this place is only for the knowledgeable. They asked to take this dish away, because it is not an ordinary dish and it is acceptable for all people to eat internal organs. To which all the staff shouted in chorus in Kazakhstan (patriotic distinctive signs were on their clothes) you will return the food, but we need to pay and take it with you!

It is the largest market in Central Asia. An abundance of food, vegetables and fruits, meat and dairy products, spices, groceries. Everything will be found.
Jewelry ranges are the widest range of silver and gold at the most reasonable prices. Nowhere else can you bargain for a bargain price for jewelry.
In the morning, it is possible to buy vegetables, fruits and dried fruits at wholesale prices. Plus, you can bargain.))
There are also sections selling clothes (everyday, national and others)
Souvenir shops (you can't take your eyes off them at all)
I especially love the garden market. You will not find such a variety of flowers, potted and seedlings, seedlings, plant care products anywhere. It is worth going at least to see the variety of flowers and the interest of the local population in gardening, landscaping

I visit there all the time, meat, dried fruits, vegetables and fruits according to the season. Great selection, great bazaar!!

We have been to this market this week. We wanted to buy national clothes for gifts and bought a lot of beautiful choice. But it's a little expensive, but you can negotiate. And also where we wanted to buy a dry plant for food rayhan is very expensive gram 20 thousand for me, it's expensive and not clean yet, some sticks and leaves are few, some seeds and buds of rayhan flowers. A beautiful market with many choices. Tourists can visit but it is too expensive for residents of the city

It is a very large and colorful market.
Of all the markets in Uzbekistan that have been shown with the most intrusive sellers.
It's definitely worth a visit and setting aside a few hours for it.
Be sure to eat at the local footcourt. Very original and colorful.
The prices are acceptable (if you bargain), the assortment is huge.

The feeling that I found myself at the parking lot of the Great Silk Road in the time of Genghis Khan! Merchants, shops, nice people, tourists, wholesalers! On the second floor, you can taste a lot of goodies, smell different spices and spices! Oh Asia, my Love❤️🫶

And in the Chorsu dome there is a variety of nuts and dried fruits. And around there are souvenir shops, sweets, bread, and various fruits and vegetables. In autumn, you can even meet watermelon with melons.)

The bazaar is quite large and occupies a large territory. Chorsu Metro Station is located in the middle of the bazaar. Prices are different for both products and things, you can bargain. You can find everything (products, things, valuable jewelry, national dishes, etc.). There are high-quality and low-quality things, as in all large bazaars. Tourists can find a lot of interesting national things, from things to food. I live near Chorsu. If I want to buy a lot of things at home, then I'm going there. Because I always find what I'm looking for and most importantly at an affordable price.

The market greets you even in the subway - a lot of people with boxes of fresh vegetables and fruits are rushing to enter the cars. And at the exit, endless rows of sellers begin immediately.
My first feeling was that I seemed to have returned to many years ago, I found myself at Cherkizovsky market, But then you immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the oriental bazaar, where everything is in the world.. If you have any bags left at the end of the trip, then it's easy to spend them here on all sorts of stuff..
But be careful - at some point you will see delicious lemons or melon, you will want to have a snack in the gluttonous row, and then only an ATM will save you.
And it's also easy to get lost there, you can search for the right exit for a long time!
