It was voiced in the manner of "you broke it yourself, and then you want a replacement." He offered me to make a value judgment on this statement of his. Further, in the same unfriendly manner, he refused to pay me using a mobile phone, arguing that paying with a mobile phone "breaks" the terminal, which he then repairs for 30 rubles in repair. Payment by plastic card was similarly refused by the system.
