Borscht was brought all boiled into porridge, without meat and with beans. The menu doesn't say anything about beans, but some people have quite a strong allergy to legumes. The claim was accepted and replaced with another dish. But they flatly refused to remove borscht from the bill. Moreover, they reported that Ukrainian borscht is cooked only with beans, which is a classic. I asked to show the borscht recipe on Wikipedia, but the administrator could not find such a "classic" recipe. When asked about a 10% discount for THEIR joint, they refused. I won't come there anymore! There are enough establishments in Minsk with head-high service, and where guests do not need to prove the composition of dishes on Wikipedia :)

Borscht is delicious, but it costs one and a half times more expensive than in the center, in addition, I came across a terrible hefty piece of chicken skin in pimples brrr. Dumplings and dumplings are not salty. Draniki is nothing special, I ate it tastier in Minsk. I was surprised that the borscht is not served with lard. It seems to me that in all restaurants from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, a piece of bacon or lard is served with borscht. Don't buy a guest a whole plate of this product specifically for borscht!?

Otherwise, the menu is very pleasant: there will be soup, snacks, and authentic second courses. The portions are large, the guys serve them promptly, with fervor from the heat. The main thing is delicious. And the price tags are more than humane) In general, after a week of staying in Belarus and having breakfast, lunch and dinner in different places, I want to return to the Train. A great place for lovers of tinctures and vodka cuisine, this is by the way about me)))) We were at lunchtime , there were a lot of people . "And so " is a very pleasant and friendly place in the Format of Ukrainian cuisine, the interior corresponds. The atmosphere is relaxed. The menu is concentrated and specialized, the service is at the proper level. Prices are above average, but the quality of the source products is commendable. The dishes are almost all hearty and appetizing. There are some shortcomings, especially bread, which turned out to be not a head at all, but an offensive footboard on the way to 5 points.

The quality of the food and service have deteriorated terribly. We were a company of 8 people. The bacon in the pancakes was over-salted in each serving, the Ukrainian borscht was bland, the snacks were brought last to the table, after the main dishes. The bacon in the snacks was with pieces of ice. Several times we asked the waiter's girlfriend to come up and only once from the 3rd they came up to us. We won't come with friends anymore.

We went to the gastrofest on April 29, 2023, I very much doubt that what was brought to us actually weighs as much as it was stated on the menu. The food is quite fatty, a lot of fat. At least three positions are banal conservation. The waitress counts dirty money and touches food with the same hands, which is unacceptable because of basic sanitation standards that have never been heard of here. In short, it was necessary to choose another place. I consider my assessment as well -deserved as possible .

Borscht is great! Here, borscht millet song! They came to taste draniki... Draniki sucks! Crooked, greasy from oil, burnt. Dumplings for 2 +: the dough is not tasty, the filling is with a blue tint. (apparently the rainy weather affected (a joke of humor)). The interior is beautiful! But it looks more like Ukrainian than Belarusian. And the songs are Ukrainian, as a soundtrack... Songs are a joy for the soul. The price tag is acceptable... for Muscovites. A solid three!

We were at the institution as part of the gastrofest. After a hearty lunch, they asked to put the leftovers in a container. They packed it for us, but, as it turned out, not all of them - we missed a good piece of meat and cabbage at home. Are you starving there? And if there were free seats in the hall, we were put on the road to the toilets. I'm shooting another star for this. The food, by the way, was not fresh - the chicken was generally over-dried. And somehow after that, I don't want to return to your institution!

We visited this restaurant today and were very disappointed! We chose it based on reviews on the site. The pancakes were greasy and it felt like they had been "stale" since yesterday. The restaurant is positioned as "dishes of Belarusian and Ukrainian cuisine". So, borscht in some cafes and even canteens is tastier for much less money. The day before, we tried pancakes at Cornflowers. They were very tasty and completely different from what they tried here, even in appearance. The dish "VECHERA STANISHNIKA" for 37 bel.rub.! this is generally a horror. The husband said one obscene word that characterizes him. In general, it is a complete disappointment and a pity for the money thrown away! The advantages of this place: beautiful interior and service. Everything else and most importantly is a pathetic semblance of a restaurant. Very disappointed!!!
