Trinity Church is a wonderful historical monument with a rich and diverse history. Its architectural style corresponds to Maravevka, which makes it part of the mass construction of churches in the former Grand Duchy of Lithuania under the administration of Governor-General Muravyov.
The church was built in 1533-50 as an Orthodox church and is attributed to Prince Mikolai Radziwill the Black, who promoted Orthodoxy. Over time, it changed its confessional affiliation several times - it was a Uniate church in 1705, then Orthodox in 1830. The church survived a fire in 1865, but some of the historical values were saved.
In 1873-75, thanks to the funds of parishioners, it was overhauled and consecrated by Bishop Alexander of the Minsk diocese. Its architectural plan included an oblong cross with five blind domes and two entrances. In addition, there were valuable icons inside the church, including the icon of the Mother of God in the Byzantine style, which was gilded in 1875. Trinity Church is an important cultural heritage and a shrine that preserves a rich history and architectural heritage.
