There are temples more for women - these are where prayer services, akathists, and litanies are often served and little is said: there is little or no preaching, quick, silent confession, it is difficult to get advice and talk to a priest, he is busy or in a hurry. This is exactly the kind of parish here. You need to talk to parishioners, and you need to teach people, even briefly, at every service. Not everyone has the gift of speech, well, then read those who had this gift. External splendor and beautiful singing are good, but not all that we would like to see at the parish.

As for religion itself and everything else, I can't say anything, because I am an atheist and consider any religion to be a hoax. Is it another matter whether the priests themselves truly believe in God? If so, I have nothing against them, they do what they believe in. But there are priests for whom church service is just a job. And to be honest, I don't support such people. These people are just cheating for the sake of money. And there are a lot of them. And it's no secret to anyone. In general, religion was created to control the consciousness of the people. To manipulate the masses, so to speak. You will study the history a little bit, what role the church played in the country. But that's another question.

I called on purpose today, they said they were working. I arrived (and I was driving from Novobelitsa itself!), and again there is an announcement on the gate - closed until 16.30.
