My friends and I recently visited the Churchill summer terrace. We smoked hookah and drank drinks. No food was ordered. Before that, by the way, we read the reviews. And you know, everything that is written is true. The guests sat and complained that they did not bring food and waited for an hour and a half. Some left.
And from what I read above, of course, it is clear that this is in the order of things. And how is it, unfortunately.Do they call the chef to teach her and the chefs? Does this really happen? I wonder what she's doing there? Is he making money? It's strange who put her in the position of head of the department if she doesn't know how to cook or lead. Such a huge place, and not even cooks work. It's clear now why people go hungry. After all, they will never come again. And how many of them!!!!!!!!!! Indeed, there is only one question - is there a boss there at all? People have been writing for a long time, complaining, but nothing changes.

I only liked the music. Bartenders are constantly cheating, whether it's for money, whether it's for a cocktail. They complained about the alcoholic component of the aperol - they added vodka). The salads are disgusting. The room is stuffy. In summary, the price/quality is extremely low.

We have noted others in this institution. The place is not bad, the music is good, I liked the hookah, the hookah maker is a super guy.
The food is disgusting, except for the rolls! Salads were simply given back, a meat plate that consisted of three sausages, a piece of meat, some bones and a couple of pieces of potatoes, it is unclear how such a thing can be sold..it cost 50 rubles, we still did not understand what these sausages were made of, it's creepy!There were 6 out of ~40 cocktails, there was no draft beer, there was no champagne, but of course there was whiskey for 200 rubles, which we took, and it was Friday!! The waitress girl couldn't answer a single question(

We came to this bar, because it was practically the only place in the city where they were ready to feed us after 10 pm. To make an order and the lights went out in the institution, but no one from the staff tried to explain the situation to us and left us sitting in the dark, after 10 minutes candles were brought, thank you, Then they told us to pay for the drinks that we drank, but the waiter did not give an answer about whether the food that we ordered would be ready. The result: cold food, wooden pork, which was difficult to cut even with a knife, no apologies and explanations from the staff of the institution. After prolonged complaints about the food, we were given a discount of 1.88rubles for this dish, with a bill for two of 70 rubles, and for the whole company of more than 350. The staff of the institution is quite rude and did not even try to smooth over the situation.
I am sure that in an institution that is quite expensive for Mogilev, it is possible to train the staff in the banal rules of service.
It is worth noting that the cocktails were quite tasty, as well as a nice interior. But the impression of the service in the institutions of Mogilev is irrevocably spoiled.

The place is not worth attention except for the interior. The burgers that are cooked there turned out to be dry and cold. The burger bun deserves special attention. The loaf is not the first freshness and tastes like "muffin". The "countless" amount of French fries that came with the burger, namely 5 pieces, also turned out to be cold. If you fill all this up with a 30-minute wait, then the positive impression of the institution and the desire to be in it disappears.
As for the "hookah master", one thing can be said that any dilettante who has been to a normal hookah bar at least once would have coped with his duties better.
Conclusion: the price is significantly overpriced, the quality of cooking and service is very low.
One of the advantages is the interior.
