Были в гостях на новогодних праздниках в Уральске. Пытались сходить на АВАТАРА.
Другого слова не подберешь. "ПЫТАЛИСЬ" Три дня подряд ездили с утра чтобы купить билеты на вечерний сеанс или дневной.. Хоть какой....Билетов нет! Мест нет! При этом на другие фильмы, залы были пустые. Как так? Ребят, вам деньги не нужны? Почему нельзя дополнительно сеансы на АВАТАРА добавить?
Я такой тупости и глупости нигде ещё не встречала.
Доп сеансы открыли только 5 января, вы серьёзно???
Неужели!!!!
Когда люди на работу вышли и гости разъехались.
Снимаю три звезды администрации кинотеатра. За отвратительную организацию сеансов в новогодние праздники.

Все очень понравилось. Звук в меру громкий, зал комфортный. на сидениях есть накидки на сидение. Попкорн и прочие "вкусняшки" имеются. Билеты можно купить он-лайн

Все впринцепе хорошо но кресла слишком жёсткие персонал приветливый по крайней мере на кассе и звук с видео тоже были в рамках ожидания чистота всегда равная иногда пол липки и в подстаканниках можно наткнуться на разного рода мусор а иногда чистота

Место очень чистое, комфортное. Температура в самый раз. На креслах есть чехлы, которые необходимо поднять, чтобы определить место, но это не такая уж большая проблема. Фильмы выходят в срок и качество достойное.

Зал небольшой, кресла старые и требуют обновления, через час в зале стало прям холодно-верхнюю одежду в прохладное время года лучше не сдавать. Звук и видео на 3. В целом в зале чисто, попкорн карамельный-супер!

В гардероб не сдашь одежду пока не покажешь билет, в итоге пришлось вызывать и ждать друзей с холла т.к. билеты нам покупали заранее. Попкорна в наличии не было, пришлось брать чипсы небольшую упаковку за 800 тг. и 0.5 кокаколы за 700тг. В самом кинотеатре норм, но сиденья жестковатые

Местоположение удобное, комфортные залы. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Одна касса, с огромнейшей очередью. Чтобы купить билет по телефону пришлось звонить более 2х часов, постоянно занято. Нет онлайн покупки или бронирования. Очень не удобно

в залах не всегда чисто,всегда замечаю оставшиеся чипсы,попкорн,бутылки итд , это доставляет большой дискомфортн той самой атмосферы просмотра. попкорн сухой, персонал 50/50 тетеньки уборщицы злые слишком, звук и видео прекрасно все как нужно

Один из лучших кинотеатров. Звук хороший. Жаль только, что не продается кофе. Жду, когда введут онлайн покупку билетов. Выстоять очередь за билетом, как за колбасой в нелёгкие голодные годы совсем не то удовольствие. К тому же, одно время не было безналичной оплаты

Плюсы: очень много сеансов в разное время.
Минусы: Кинозалы требуют обновления. Кресла неудобные, обшивка потертая почти на каждом кресле. Кресла и диваны в холле не лучше.
Пожелания: Было бы здорово если добавили функцию покупки билета онлайн на сайте.
