Customer orientation is at a minimum. The ticket didn't arrive in the mail, so I decided to call support. You won't find any support numbers on the website, just a call to the office and the cinema itself. The number at the office just doesn't work, the number at the cinema will ask you to call another number through the answering machine, which they also don't take.
Later, I received a call on my own from another number and was asked to call the support service at another number, dictating the number. After calling there, you will be greeted with "alo" without information about where you called at all. They could not send the letter, they are asked to send them a text message with another mail to another number)))
Having quarreled, they let me into the hall just without a ticket, because they couldn't cope, and the session had already begun.

I really love this cinema, we go here 2 times a month, good halls, pleasant and professional staff everywhere, delicious popcorn, I definitely recommend it!!

We bought d-box tickets, the chairs worked only on advertising. Moreover, they are so sad that the backrest is not adjustable, it is uncomfortable to sit. Otherwise, it's nothing special either.
Later I found out that it is necessary to go specifically to the film for these chairs, if it is not accompanied, then the chairs will not work.
I went to a few more movies - if I went, it was only in the d-box, on Dune 2, the column somewhere above-behind-to the right began to creak. But the chairs... It's something)
