The hotel definitely does not pull on the declared 4 stars. If you want to go to a place where there is incredible audibility, questionable cleanliness and broken everything — you are here.
We stayed for two nights in March 2025, booked a suite with a Jacuzzi for 200€ for two nights, respectively. It wasn't possible to check in earlier than 14, just be prepared for it. But it would have been better if it hadn't happened at all (the door to the room was wide open and propped up with a banquette, after 10 seconds we realized why — there was a hellish foreign smell in the room, similar to stale food or vomit. We closed the door and went down to the reception because no one answered the phone. When we returned to the room with the manager, the smell became even stronger. Of course, he pretended that everything was okay, it was just that the maids forgot to turn on the air conditioner, and recently there was a painting here and it smelled like this, and in half an hour everything will be fine with the air conditioner. But the room stank of vomit! We didn't check (because the smell made us feel better ourselves) and agreed to another room, smaller, and without compensation, by the way. The next day they promised to put us in a bigger room, which corresponded to our payment, but of course no one remembered about it. They seemed to offer to help with the transfer of things to a new room, but in the rush they didn't seem to pay attention to this moment, well, okay, we did it ourselves, it's not critical. And after the door closed, the manager was swearing all over the floor, apparently scolding the maids. Yes, the audibility is like in a cardboard box! You can hear not just voices, but every word, every step in the hallway, the opening of doors, and even the sound of a key and lock. The pillows are very uncomfortable.
In the room where we ended up staying, the toilet brush was broken (there was no handle, that is, there was no brush), the water supply through the "tropical shower" nozzle was broken, only a small ordinary shower on a hose worked (thank you for working and giving hot water at least!). Laminate flooring was swollen from moisture everywhere, scuffed walls and furniture, bent blinds, incomplete curtains that did not block the sun at dawn, and everything like that. The refrigerator stank of rotten stuff all over the room every time it was opened. There was dust and other people's hair in the jacuzzi, but the funny thing of course was that the Jacuzzi wasn't working))))) only the water and the lights were on. I couldn't even drain the water, the hole just wouldn't open.
Breakfast is useless. There are 15 tables for the entire 7-storey hotel. It was necessary to wait in line almost always. the cereal and milk are not delicious, the croissant bun is too, the bread is randomly thrown from the leftovers into the common basket. It was lucky that one of the days there was a scramble. Tea and coffee are not delicious, the cups are disposable (although it's better that way than dubiously clean ones)
There was a constant strong smell in the lobby and on the floors, either of perfume or cleaning products — but the hotel clearly shouldn't have such a bright, constant smell, and also not particularly pleasant. On the day of arrival, someone was always swearing and making noise in the lobby area, if it weren't for the wild fatigue and lack of opportunity to look for an alternative, we would certainly have left immediately from there to another hotel.
An absolute discrepancy between price and quality. In general, we still wonder why and why so many people stop there. There are small advantages: The staff is nice and friendly. There is a spa area with a steam room, a hammam and a swimming pool. But to be honest, after what you saw in the rooms and questions about cleanliness, there was simply no desire to go down to a public wet place. If you really need to stay in the area for one night, you can try and not expect anything from it at all. But in general, it is better to choose other places, there are enough of them in Istanbul.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfasts are hearty, the staff is helpful. There is a sauna, hammam and quite a large swimming pool. The location is convenient, supermarkets, cafes, shops, Marmaray are all nearby

A good hotel with breakfast) Sometimes there are problems with payment if there is no cash, but in general everything is fine) We were upgraded to a room with a bathroom for free, but there was only ice water in the bathroom and we couldn't relax in it.
