If you are looking for a place in old Tbilisi with good quality accommodation, and most importantly with stunning views of the city, this is where you are!!! You definitely won't be sitting in the room, but in the evening on the terrace, with a bottle of wine brought from Kakheti, the city is at your feet. The service is at a very good level, starting with homemade breakfasts with the same atmospheric view, to daily cleaning in the rooms. You are within walking distance of the famous baths and other tourist attractions. Yes, the return trip involves a small climb, but it's worth it!!!

A great hotel!
This is not our first hotel in Tbilisi and I can safely say that it is one of the best.
Nice, small rooms, the main thing is that they are clean.
I would like to advise you to install a grid on the window, otherwise all the midges were in our room.It is impossible not to open the window when there are such views.
The breakfast is just a bomb, the best in Tbilisi!
Nice staff.
And the hotel smells very fragrant 🍂

The first advantage is the old town . The breakfast is excellent (full lunch) is always a variety, Georgia is a cult of food. Wonderful staff. Nice rooms. We are vacationing with our family (we are spoiled abroad in Europe, Southeast Asia). For this money, I bet 5+.

A great place near the main tourist spots. The hotel itself is on the mountain, but the views are gorgeous (and it takes only 1-2 minutes to climb the hill and it's worth it). The staff is very friendly, the breakfasts are good.

It's not a bad hotel, but the location spoils everything. The last 100-200 meters you have to go almost vertically uphill, it's very inconvenient with suitcases, you could at least arrange some kind of transfer. But from this, the view of the whole of Tbilisi is just fire) Breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous, if you live for two or three days, then the norms are.

We stayed in a deluxe room on the top floor.
Pros - gorgeous view, cozy balcony, clean, excellent breakfast, also with stunning views, plus from 8 a.m., which I think is rare for Georgia, good coffee and very pleasant staff. The reception is nicely decorated.
Cons - terribly hard mattress, like a bench, it was hard to sleep.
the room is tired, in need of repair, the walls are scuffed, the carpet is climbing out somewhere, the bathroom door closes with an incredible creak and effort, the bathroom is chipped, the blinds are broken.
the climb is very steep, it was difficult to lower the suitcase because the taxi driver refused to go there. There is a construction site under the window, only during the day.
The hotel is heavily scented, in Georgian, it took a long time to ventilate the room, but in the lobby it can not be avoided.

A super place! Unreal views, delicious breakfasts, excellent service! We were in March, the roof deck was not working, apparently it was not yet the season, but I really liked everything. I'm sure we'll be back.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Tbilisi, from the price = quality ratio!
The view is gorgeous, breakfast until 11:00 👍🏼 we rented a room with a huge balcony, the best view of the city is only from the fortress, or from Mtatsminda mountain!

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Thank you for the hospitality, for the delicious breakfasts, for the view from the window. We will be in Tbilisi - only to you!
The slide is yes, palpable. But this is so as not to gain extra pounds from delicious Georgian food.

A hotel in the old town! And the hotel has one huge drawback, I walked up to it twice ((( my legs then fell off ((( but this is more a problem of my legs if the hotel ... the hotel is amazing! He's worth every lari! The rooms are clean! Service at the level of chain hotels. The kitchen is not abundant in quantity, but it tastes great! The rooftop restaurant will delight you with food and a wonderful panorama of Tbilisi! But the most important thing is the owner of the hotel! This is undoubtedly a Georgian with a capital letter! He is friendly, helpful and incredibly kind! And he's also a great party-goer! And he's just having crazy parties on the roof of his hotel! And the audience gathers there so that reporters with cameras are not allowed to go to the prog! Know that this place will remain in your heart!

Among the advantages: beautiful view, pleasant rooms, courteous staff.
Of the minuses: you can't wait for cleaning, toiletries too; in the rooms (we lived in two different ones) there was an unpleasant smell of sewage, air conditioners are switched to warm mode in October, and in order to cool the room, you need to open the window, and at night you can hear music! It's very noisy!
