I am very old customers. They used to be very good, but recently there have been some problems with the service. Although it is a corporate company, things are now being solved only with the initiative of customer representatives in the service. They can also sometimes get stuck at some point. The company receives regular feedback from customers, but this is just data collection, no action is taken regarding the complaint you have submitted. Everyone sells a single car,to be able to offer service after the sale. In summary, we will buy and watch another service for a while in a cautiously optimistic way.
