Currently only terrace is working.
Inside the restaurant renovation is ongoing.
Food is good.
Live classical music is superb.
Service is alright but waiters have an attitude of professor trying to teach you. Waiters tend to take away plates without asking or perhaps they are doing it now since only terrace is working and a lot of people want to enjoy the view in the evening.
The shisha is fantastic, the shisha guy is from heaven.
City 21 has an unreasonable policy on bookings.
I have booked a table 3 days ahead, but on the day of the booking they called me at 4 pm while i was in the meeting and coukd not receive phone calls, since i coukd not answer the call, they just decided to cancel the reservation.
They shoukd have an app or call in the morning, so people have enough time to get back to them.

I don't know what to write about, the view from the terrace is beautiful, it's not particularly visible in the restaurant, the food is not tasty, sushi was ordered, the serving, of course, spectacular with steam from dry ice, but it tastes weaker than Japanese and other sushi restaurants. I also ordered some kind of rice dish with chicken, I didn't like it, the chicken was in a sauce that tasted like the cheapest sweet and sour sauce in the store, and it was also salted. Spectacular view of the evening city. It's cool to watch the singing fountains in the park below. We were sitting at a table in the room. You can go out onto the terrace at any time. The prices are too high for Tashkent, but it's worth it. Adults are charged a deposit of 300 thousand rubles. I advise you to have a good look at the menu, there is something not very expensive. Beer and wine by the glass—generally cheap! In the evening, a small orchestra of violin, double bass and opera singer plays soulfully. The service, as elsewhere in Tashkent, is beyond praise

I don't understand how there can be 5 stars when the service is at the bottom! employees literally ignore your message, do not pick up the phone and answer questions as slowly as possible. I couldn't get through to them, after 3 days they respond from Instagram-they write with apologies, we go to the carts- they don't answer all the questions, I write specifically interesting questions to take a table for my birthday- read, there is no answer🤦🏻♀️
I think with such an attitude adequate people don't even go to you they will be, regardless of the beautiful view! I rarely write a very negative review, but your restaurant specifically disappointed.

Great service, live music, atmosphere. I have been to this institution several times and the score is average. The first time I ordered a steak, it was delicious! perfect roasting and juicy meat. The second time I ordered seafood soup and was not particularly impressed, as it was a little too salty.

What do you expect from such a place? High prices, delicious food and excellent service. It is very sad that here, apart from prices, no expectations are met anymore.
The food is mediocre. Consider that there is no service, you still have to look for a waiter. But the prices are as if the restaurant has two Michelin stars.
But the view, of course, is absolutely amazing, and it's worth coming just for it.
The restaurant understands this and allows it only on condition of a deposit of 300 thousand. For that kind of money, you can eat for three in the city, but there's enough for tea, dessert and maybe a glass of wine.

My wife and I came to visit this sign of a place that everyone praises (July 31, 2023) The evening went on as usual, I ordered a meat steak, my wife ordered a salad with beef and tomatoes. Alk/balk cocktails were also ordered.
We were present at the restaurant for 1.5 hours, then we paid and left. At night, I started having urges, and by the morning it turned out that I had severe poisoning. I took the pills and went to do my business in the city as if nothing had happened. By lunchtime on August 1, right in the center of Tashkent, I was poisoned right in the center of Tashkent near the bank, it started pouring incredibly from all the cracks, I turned very white and began to lose my hearing. After a while, I was released and we went to this restaurant to sort it out.
We were met by 2 employees, we told them the whole situation and they went to "solve" it
They brought us back our money that we spent in the restaurant, although initially we came with a claim in which we made it clear that we require a refund of 2 times the amount for 2 days of spoiled health and emotions.
Further negotiations were very funny, firstly, the complete disregard of our demands that the conflict be closed peacefully, secondly, the medic (to whom we told all our symptoms and problems, who is not a medical worker at all, but monitors the quality of products) began to be rude, raise the tone to her spouse, and make me make remarks that I I already feel good, I'm sitting at ease (Dilara, I have the right to sit as I want within the norms laid down in society), which made it clear "take what they give and get out of here"
In response to our complaints and further conversations, we were asked to do a product analysis. But when asked that there are no more eaten foods, and there is only what got on my T-shirt, we were offered to do an analysis of other foods (isn't it funny?) in general, there was no question of any compensation, only our check was returned to us, and health and 2 dietary days were not paid for me
The company also did not want to pay for the examination

The restaurant is located on the 21st floor of the Hilton Hotel. While I was staying at the hotel, I booked a table at the reception - it was confirmed. In fact, when we came to the restaurant, they refused us, although they said: yes, there was a reservation, but we gave your place to others, go to another place… So be prepared. It's good that there are other decent places in 15-20 minutes.

Maintenance - the boys are running around but they don't really know what to do. Simple questions about drinks are answered in a stupor. Bartenders are illiterate to the level of a pub.
Atmosphere - in the evening, live musicians play and sing opera and pop hits, but since loud music is playing in the park below, it is impossible to listen to them normally.
Attitude - last time I visited with guests for 10 minutes, have a cocktail and drive on. The lady, with a haughty look and swollen lips without a smile, began to sing about the deposit of $ 30 per person in any case. To the question of whether it is possible to just have a drink at a table - $ 30 per person. Then I ask - can I have a drink at the bar? After 3 minutes of reflection, the answer was haughty - yes, you can have a drink at the bar. (b... thank you). But there was simply no bartender in the bar - and no one could say anything intelligible to the questions "where". In general, after 10 minutes of waiting, they turned around and left.

The view is beautiful, but this is the only plus of this restaurant, but even it will not cover all the disadvantages…
We live in Moscow and we know the level and service of service in decent establishments, and it is this restaurant that positions itself as a very decent institution… but unfortunately, after visiting on the same night, my husband had a terrible poisoning, it's even scary to remember.
Gathering all our strength, we went the next day to demand an explanation, ask for compensation for moral damage, medicines, a diet recommended by doctors…
The manager was not in place, they invited us an alleged "doctor", she came with a haughty face and questioned us for a long time, we naturally thinking that she was a doctor and wanted to help us in all colors and details began to tell what was happening with my husband, but in the end it turned out that this was not a doctor, but a person who checks the quality of the products ... in general, the meeting began with lies!
Then the restaurant manager came, talked to someone on the phone for a very long time and could not constructively connect a dialogue with us, maybe because of the language barrier, which was very sad, in the end he gave us the amount we spent when visiting this institution and made it clear that the matter was hushed up! Is it jammed? What?
I suggested that we could do an examination of what came out of my husband... provide tests, but they didn't need it.
They offered to do their own expertise, but it's not clear what? Yesterday's products? Or new ones, then what is the essence of the examination…
They looked at us with a haughty look, people had absolutely not heard about the service and the laws…
We wanted to go to court, but we are foreign citizens and there is not much time for the trial, because the vacation is short!

We stayed in this hotel, went up to the restaurant.The restaurant has a great view, and that's it! That's the end of it! The food is not delicious, the cook does not know what is for this price, European cuisine is not cooked like that, I have not tried sushi, maybe it is good. The service , the guys don 't know the menu , it doesn 't happen in such a restaurant ! A deposit of $30 per person is not worth it! I do not recommend it!

My husband invited me to dinner.A table for two, the table itself is narrow, there is a very large distance between two people. It's not clear how to talk, at least not across the street.
The waiter does not know the composition of the tea. The menu says: exotic fruits. I asked what kind of fruits, the answer was raspberry, apple, berry and some kind of grass. Great.
I couldn't decide on the choice of dish, I asked the waiter for some advice. She said that I like light and not greasy, I eat shrimp and red fish. I don't eat hard meat. I suggested spaghetti with shrimp. I replied that I didn't want spaghetti, because it was too banal. I couldn't advise anything for a long time. As a result, I offered a salmon steak like.Ok.He read the composition of the dishes with us, he did not know either the composition of the tea or the composition of the dishes that he was trying to sell.
The dishes were brought.
Impressions of tea: there is no tea at all, sugar is not included.
Spring rolls with shrimp: interesting, but boiled in oil. Still, the heaviness is felt.
Salmon steak: 2600 rubles! One sprig of asparagus in half, a couple of small sprigs of cauliflower, half a spoonful of carrot puree, creamy sauce (it's good). The salmon itself is ordinary, there is nothing in it that cannot be cooked at home.
Tenderloin steak: 1500 rubles. A good combination of sweet and beef, but the price is something with something.
In general, dinner for 2 people cost almost 5,500 rubles: 2 hot dishes, spring rolls, tea. This is too much for Uzbekistan. Neither the view nor the live music is worth it. Not even the dishes.
Loud live music. Drunks talking loudly and shouting bravo as a gift.
I consider the absence of the weight of the dish in the menu to be a huge disadvantage! There are also no photos of dishes on the menu! I.e., as a visitor, I have no idea at all in what form and volume the dish will be served to me! I think that for such unreasonably high prices, we could make a high-quality menu.
How the waiters work is also not clear, the big question is how they are hired. It seems to be a solid institution, but they don't bother much with staff training. When they wanted to place an order, they searched for 3-5 minutes with the eyes of the waiter.

I completely agree with the previous comment. The service hasn't gone anywhere yet, but the kitchen sucks. The prices are like a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the food is like a diner. I ordered the most expensive steak of this institution, almost at the price of Wagyu meat) they brought a piece of beef with copious chunks of fat, filled with a strange sauce, which further spoiled the already strange taste of the steak. The meat was smelly, it is unclear how it was stored yet. The same miratorg, cooked at home, was much tastier. If that's how they cook steak, I'm afraid to imagine what's with the rest of the specific items on the menu. The view from the terrace overlooking the city is definitely worth visiting this restaurant at least once. You can find a dish for every taste on the menu (but you should check with the waiter if it is in the kitchen). It's nice to smoke a hookah in the evening on the terrace while playing the violin or a selection of DJ tracks. The prices are high, but the setting is worth it.
