I would like to share my experience of visiting polyclinic No. 17 in Almaty. Overall, my impression of the clinic is positive. It is in a convenient location, and I easily found its location. The clinic staff is friendly and attentive. I received high-quality medical care, and I was satisfied with the service. I also want to note that the clinic is clean and tidy. However, there are some points that could be improved. For example, it would be nice if the clinic provided more services or improved the quality of services provided. I would also like to have more comfortable waiting conditions for the reception, for example, the presence of a recreation area or a cafe. In general, polyclinic No. 17 is a good place to receive medical care. It has its advantages and disadvantages, but I think it deserves attention.

The staff is terrible. No one wants to work properly. I have to constantly write complaints. That there is a live queue, that people wait by appointment for several hours until they are accepted. Personally, I sat from ten o'clock in the morning until three o'clock, waiting for them to receive me. We complained with other people and went to the head, but they ignored us. Even if you can get to the doctor through these circles of hell, they are spineless, they don't know how to receive patients normally. They only ask for the iin, they don't check anything and they don't really work. Terrible clinic, everything is terrible.Only the cloakroom attendant is good, they accept jackets without any difficulty. If possible, run from here to another clinic, because this one has only a name. How are such doctors given access to work?????

I am served here, I like it. Probably one of the best polyclinics in Alma-Ata. Clean, the staff is very polite. The doctors are quite professional. If you dig around, you can get to the pillar....so it happens when elderly patients are very picky. This is probably because they lack attention at home.....in old age, unfortunately, people are doomed to loneliness! It seems that there are relatives nearby, but you are lonely!

Hello! Please explain- what to do if you get sick in the morning - there is no doctor's call at home! Without an appointment with a therapist, they are not accepted on this day - ?! Then how do I get an appointment and open a sick leave???? I call the call center - they can't record it either, since the record is full for a week. I ask what to do - they say, try to approach and get to the reception like that ! How can this be fixed?! We don't plan to get sick in advance!

There are good doctors here, and there are not so many. Our former district doctor is smart, so she was made the head. We have a very kind nurse at our station. But my mother told me how she went to the gynecologist when I was in her tummy. I feel sorry for her. The queues are huge, but it's hard for pregnant women. The doctor was unkind. Mom was constantly hinting that mom didn't need a child, i.e. me, because mom got up late for registration. When my mother was pregnant with my brother, the doctor was already different. But there were huge queues with her too. This doctor needed to constantly send her mother somewhere for a fee. The doctor and the nurse were twitchy. Patients were not called in turn. In short, the horror. But I didn't see it. I know our doctor and nurse. I like them.
